The Phoenician is at the base of the Camelback Mountain (I think that's the name). There were gorgeous views in all directions. The staff was all friendly and extremely helpful. The grounds of the resort were amazing. We enjoyed hiking and relaxing by the pool. Oldtown Scottsdale is within minutes of the Phoenician and a great area to explore. I...

i love the Phoenician. The hospitality is always so warm, the views from the rooms are amazing as you look out at either the Camelback Mountains or the beautiful pools cascading down to the golf courses. They have great activities for the family, awesome restaurants so you never have to leave the premises and it has a magical charm at...

This is the first time I have stayed here and will definitely come back soon. From the bellman to the valet to the front desk, to room service to the maid service to the concierge every single person was kind, caring and wanted to make sure my stay was great. Food at J&G was excellent as was the room service....

From the time we pulled up at the door til we left the premises 4 days later we could not have asked for a more friendly attentive staff. Everyone was willing to help and serve any way they could. The Deluxe Room we had was spacious and had a great view of the pool. We dined at JGs Steakhouse onsite,...

I guess it is true - the hotel business is following the airline industry. Pity. I have stayed at this property a number of times, but my last visit was more than 10 years ago. While I really do enjoy the property, this visit was marked by a deep disappointment in the extra fees that the property tacked on to...

My family of four (kids 11 and 8) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was excellent. Our room was in a good, central location, on the same floor of the lobby overlooking the pool. The hallways looked a bit worn with stained carpet and peeling ceiling paint. We were disappointed to find out our only choice for our room...

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. While we are pleased to hear you enjoyed our AAA Five Diamond service, we are disappointed to learn of your Internet issues and guestroom door difficulties. Both matters have been shared with and addressed by the appropriate departments. The Phoenician continues to enhance the resort itself and...

Just wrapped up an amazing Labor Day weekend at The Phoenician with my husband and one and a half year old. This hotel is good, but nothing special. Definitely not a 5 star diamond rating in my opinion. Maybe an "average 4 star which needs updating". Staff is helpful & friendly. Rooms are ok, but need updating. Bathroom was nice and very spacious. View from room is great once you look over all the roofs of the hotel. Lots of concrete...

We appreciate your feedback, although we do regret that you did not find our resort to your satisfaction. As a 643-room property, most of our accommodations do provide spectacular views of the pool and resort lawns, or impressive Camelback Mountain.
