I snuck into the pool area with my 11 year old while my lovely wife pampered herself at the spa. They've got an AWESOME area next to the pool slide to kick back and relax - it's naturally shaded by the rock slide and trees, which allowed me to just kick back, take it easy, and not worry about the...

We spent two nights at this resort and were very disappointed. While the staff was very friendly, the service at the pool area was horrible. We were ignored constantly and had to wait forever just to get a drink. When we finally got our lunch order it was incorrect and we then had to wait another 20 minutes for them...

Just returned from eight nights and a fantastic hotel. Regular visitor to Scottsdale area from Scotland and not stayed at this hotel for 15 years. Was fantastic, great buffet breakfast, underground parking great for keeping the car cool and loading/unloading (especially shopping!). Great location and beautiful grounds. I got engaged whilst there and Kaylee Bolger there could not have been...

Great place for vacation with anyone. I went with my husband and 20 months daughter. Good food, great service, and atmosphere. The only draw back was the J&B steakhouse. The food was not that good and over price. Save your money and enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel. Il Terrazzo had great service and delicious food. The pools are...

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. It was luxurious and the staff was kind and welcoming. Our room was upgraded and everyone catered to our every need. The cost of the room was reasonable but if you want anything extra it will cost you. Understandably, since everything is done with perfection. We rented a cabana and received ultimate...

Although the weather was about 109 degrees, we totally enjoyed our stay at the Phoenician. The grounds are huge and lovely. Breakfast which was included for us was delicious! Concierges were extremely helpful. Fitness center very nice...watched as all machines were cleaned from top to bottom after each use! Big treat was the singer who entertained by the lobby/bar area....

Celebrated our anniversary during the summer taking advantage of their amazingly low "staycation" off season rates which are fabulous for this 5 star resort. From the moment we entered the property we were greeted by name. Even the security guard knew we were celebrating our anniversary. Beautiful, well kept property with the utmost in customer service by everyone you encounter...

We spent a long weekend at The Phoenician as the last leg of our trip which included some serious hiking at Antelope Canyon and the Grand Canyon. We were looking forward to some serious R&R after all the adventure of the earlier trip not to mention all the driving we did! From the very beginning, the experience was phenomenal! We...

After careful consideration I decided to celebrate a milestone birthday at The Phoenician, certainly didn't receive anything from the hotel like above reviews let alone an upgraded room, now I'm even more disappointed. Casita rooms had dust on walls, headboards, rust ring on ceiling, prior guest hand prints on glass top and old/stained carpet. I expected a four diamond room...

Four friends gathered to celebrate a milestone birthday - couldn't ask for more. Champagne and strawberries from the hotel on our arrival (thanks, Emily). Top notch service everywhere in the hotel. Hooked up with a great tour guide by Michele C. Pools and spa were excellent. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.
