I'm currently visiting the property and I'm really enjoying it. Very clean! Love the room, it's spacious and classy. While not a room with a view, it's still wonderful! Staff is friendly and great service we engaged but they aren't in your face so that is nice. Poolside service is nice as well. I often find poolside service at resorts...

This is my second visit to The Phoenician, and both times I extended a business trip into a vacation trip, too. Our deluxe room patio overlooked the garden and Camelback mountain. Beautiful! The room was spacious and well kept, the restaurants were very good, and the location was central to many good restaurants and hiking. Massage in the spa was...

I have stayed here a few times and I will admit the service lacked a bit the last trip, but it is still a fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The grounds are breathtaking and the spa is divine. It is expensive, but if you want a treat in the desert, stay here.

Overall this is a very lovely, friendly and. Beautifully maintained resort. Our room in the main building was renovated and quite spacious. No complaints with anything there although one day after returning from an all day tour, we found our room had not been attended to. Notwithstanding the room was well appointed, had a massive tv that we didn't even...

I realize that my review here won’t have much, if any, impact on a property that’s as highly acclaimed as The Phoenician. Obviously most people are impressed when they stay here. But for me, I just didn’t see the value. For a room that costs twice what it should, the ambiance, service, amenities, and/or address just didn’t make up the...

We had booked 3 nights at this pricey resort at a discounted rate which was negotiated by the bride and the groom whose wedding we were attending. My husband did not open his confirmation email and 2 days before we were to go for the trip we realized that the reservation was for 2 nights instead of 3 and the...

Beautiful grounds, the building backs right up to Camelback Mountain. There are trails to walk through and enjoy the local cactus gardens. There are tennis courts, pools, a pool slide, golf course, and more. The only thing to be aware of is the surface around the pool. It gets very slippery when wet. My husband took a very bad fall...

Really beautiful place with stunning rooms & plentiful views. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and inviting. Staff is attentive. Tried a few of the restaurants onsite and were not impressed by the food and was overpriced quite a bit.

You get what you pay for here. I was here on business and everything was fantastic. The TV in the room was huge, ultra modern (it even had a Chromecast on it and could be controlled from my phone). The wife was flawless. The grounds were immaculate. The staff ultra friendly and polite. I can't think of anything to improve...

I recently stayed at the Phoenician again. We were there two nights and I wish we could have stayed longer, as it was an amazing experience and there was still so much to do (the cactus garden, the trapeze, the tennis courts, the playground, etc.). Because we were there such a short time, most of our experience centered around the...
