Fantastic resort hotel. Rooms are huge. Lots of nice touches to enhance comfort and convenience. Grounds are beautiful; personal favorite are the scattered outdoor real wood fireplaces adding smell and sound. On site restaraunts (la hacienda and bourbon steakhouse) are must eats. Regards Nate

Holidays at the Scottsdale Fairmont Priness is so much fun. With Smoreland and a mini carnival and the holiday lights and an ice skating rink -- there is so much for families to do and enjoy. Terrific spa. Loved the exercise facilities. The Mexican restaurant in the premises was really good! Our room in the new portion was fantastic. Well...

We had a room with a balcony over looking the pool area and golf course. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The AC was unusually quiet. The staff is friendly and attentive. Some areas could use a little touch up maintenance. We were charged for self parking, even though this is a rural...

When I arrived there was two large dogs in the lobby. My dog Nash took to them immediately. So far, very pet friendly. We were shown to our casita, which had a small patio with a fence around it. Nash quickly took to the patio and was busy watching people pass by. Shortly, the concierge showed up with a doggie...

Accompanied a friend to a company event and spent a week in the hotel. Didn't wander much outside but wasn't a problem at all as there are a lot of things to do inside. Tried the massage and it was suuuuuppper good. You get a complete package from the usual massage to consultation and product discussion. Food is good as...

Don't get me wrong - the hotel is gorgeous as well as the grounds - however I do not appreciate being billed over $1,000 for "incidentals" in addition to the already exorbitant room charges! What angered me is that there was plenty of time during booking to make us aware of this charge. This was all of the money we...

For the second year we flew down (got incredible low airfare) from Seattle for three days and stayed in a Casita and tried the new pool-side rooms at the Senora Splash Pool. Loved the new rooms (bathroom design is so well thought out) and still like the Casita's especially since they have fireplaces. The singing snowmen and Christmas trees were...

Just a beautiful hotel, lots of walking space with tons to look at. They will pick you up and drop you off if you prefer but I found there was so much to see I was happy to walk. I was in their newly renovate Sunset Beach rooms adjacent to a lovely pool which included a splash pad and a...

An excellent hotel with great amenities- particularly the golf course, home to the Phoenix Open. The rooms are well appointed and have views over the course. Restaurants are varied and excellent. Highly recommended.

This young valet park attendant was above average in his service. Very helpful and attentive. Overall all hotel staff was excellent. Location of hotel is great. Restaurants were wonderful. We ate dinner twice on property and then went over to toro and Cheyenne served us. She was wonderful to serve us.
