The price was reasonable. We had been hotel hopping because of the lack of availability. The room was clean and new. The view of camelback mountain from our balcony was breathtaking. The downside (by design I am sure) was having to walk through the middle of the casino to get to the room. Valet and car storage overnight was free.... More

Rented on the Club level. Floor to ceiling windows. Modern bathroom with rain style shower and separate large tub. The club room had morning small breakfast items with fresh fruit. In evening, beer, wine and finger foods. Excellent staff managing this area. Pool area is large but closes early. If someone likes to sit in the hot tub, not open... More

This is my second visit to Talking Stick. We returned this year because we had a great time two years ago. I like to sit by the pool all day while my husband spends the day in the casino. I was very upset and disappointed when I checked in and they hand me a notice that the pool is going... More

When visiting Scottsdale, the Talking Stick Resort is great choice for you stay. We stayed from March 15 March 22, 2015. The hotel reservation and check-in process were great. The staff was helpful and professional. The rooms was clean and modern with great views. Some have commented about the smoke in the casino area, we are not smokers and found... More

This is a great hotel on the east side of Scottsdale. Very handy to those who want to take in some preseason baseball. They have a shuttle that will get you to the Rockies/Diamonbacks training facility and bring you back to the hotel when you are done watching baseball Also a very good golf course on the property. If you... More

We booked the "2 bay luxury suite" for the weekend at a whopping $680 per night. They promised luxury but what we found was far from that. When we arrived, we cranked the A/C to get the room cool. About 10pm that night, my partner started having issues breathing. We chalked it up to all the cigarette smoke you MUST... More

Conducted our national convention at TSR in February 2015. The hotel rooms were perfect. The view was amazing and the weather was the icing on the cake. The hotel staff was accomodating and helpful to every one of our attendees. The convention venue was perfect. Gorgeous celing to floor windows that opened up to the open space. Food was great... Have to walk thru smoky casino to get to hotel. No food at reasonable price except for buffet. After getting okay from 2 valets security would not let me try to sell my baseball tickets out front (was not scalping). Room was dark - needs alot more lights. They would not call a cab; trying to push their Executive Cars.... More

Booked this on Hotwire.com, If you (like I am) are highly allergic to cigarette smoke then there is a part of this hotel that won't work for you. The walk to your room through the very smoky casino. It is the reason that we won't be coming back, sadly. The room itself was outstanding. Large, clean, well appointed. The price... More

We went to the spa and had the desert lavender 90 minute massage. It was very good, actually different than other massages I have had. I know I liked it though because when it was over I wanted it to last longer. I wouldn't pay extra to have the desert lavender as they rub cotton on you and that wasn't... More
