We went to eat at the buffet on Monday. It was Asian night and it is a good thing I asked to look at it before I paid the $14.99 a piece for it. The fried rice and noodles looked dried out. Everything else was fried with a batter and did not look appetizing. It did have an ok salad...

Booked a room for 2 nights to get out of the monsoons in Mesa and discovered that it was not a Best Western any longer. The hotel front desk staff was a bit cold and advised that if we wanted to check in early, they only had a couple rooms on the far west side of the hotel or we...

If you plan on going to Globe, AZ, I highly recommend staying at the Apache Gold Hotel! Only about 6 miles out of historic Globe AZ. It was very clean, the food at the casino was better than I expected! The burgers are to die for! The casino had a great choice of slots to play.

We stayed here last weekend. I found it was not a Best Western property anymore. The tribe now has control of it. The hotel was the same as before, okay, nothing special. The casino is the same also. The biggest change is the food and beverage areas. First the bar ; it was supposed to be renovated and changed to...

July 29th 2014 my husband and I and another couple reserved rooms for the weekend at Apache Gold Hotel, one of the worst experience I had. We were never told that the casino was under reservation, no lounge, no bar, no restaurant other than the buffet stuff, no entertainment, no place sit unless you were playing the machines. When we...

Reading previous reviews, I was expecting a bunch of stoic Native Americans running a rundown hotel. I wanted to get out of the Phoenix heat and take the wife on a nice weekend getaway. We found the room to be very nice and comfortable. The bed was sooo comfortable and the spa was clean, albeit a bit small. The staff...

First let me say I do like the Native Americans and I have several Native Am friends. That said, the check-in girl had ZERO personality, hardly said anything. Very disinterested in us. We ask for towels and a few other things and the lady that brought them to us, acted like we were a bother not even a smile. Casino...

Best western in San Carlos Arizona was very clean and staff was very courteous. The price given was price honored every time for my employees. Having the casino next to Best Western was a good distraction and a great time to relax for employees.

The Best Western in San Carlos is a very nice hotel with super comfortable beds. The rooms are always clean, the air conditioning works well, and the spas in the room are spotless. The staff is a bit stiff, and not overly warm, but we have never had a problem during multiple visits, so the only contact we've had with...
