This is an absolutely lovely B&B. The hostesses/owners, Dawn and Lisa, are very friendly, very pleasant, obviously like what they are doing and try hard to make sure gusts are happy. We were happy. Unlike many (most?) B&Bs, the guest rooms are not in the main house. The main house contains for guests a sitting room and a dining room;...

This was our first visit to Prescott as we took a little respite from the August heat of Tucson. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The property is lovely and conveniently located, and Dawn & Lisa are delightful and accommodating hostesses. The breakfasts are guaranteed to make you forget your diet! The shaded patio or the...

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. We stayed in the Aspen and really liked the separate living/dining room with the skylight. The bathroom/shower is updated and had great water pressure. The only complaint was the loud in-room air conditioner unit right next to the bed. It kept my husband up all night. The second night was cooler so...

Everything was perfect. We stayed in the Manzanita room. Fresh coffee and tea plus bottled water provided right in the room. The breakfast each morning was just so special. Dawn and Lisa were perfect hosts. We felt so much at home! Easy to find and if you are there for Prescott activities you are almost in the middle of everything....

This B&B has never let us down! We've stayed here often (over the past 10 years) and not one stay has disappointed! Always immaculately clean, always peaceful, always well maintained and breakfast is always unique and delicious. Our highest recommendation! Stay there!

Quaint little B&B located near the historic district of Prescott. Dawn & Lisa were wonderful. They provided delicious breakfasts and often inquired how our trip was going. They even gave a few recommendations of places to see when we mentioned all we were planning to do. The room was clean and well kept with a nice little kitchenette. Cute rubber...

Dawn & Lisa are wonderful & accommodating. Their breakfasts are fabulous. The B&B is located in the Pines yet very close to the quaint downtown Prescott with its many art galleries & Restaurants. Only slight negative was Our room -Palo Verde was perhaps too far from the main house to receive a good wifi signal. We hope to return again! Thank...

My husband and I love Prescott and wanted to get away from home for a couple days. We don't normally stay at B&B's as it feels too much like staying with relatives in their homes, but Prescott Pines Inn combines two worlds - it's like staying in a motel with all the advantages of a B&B. Everything was perfect -...

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Prescott Pines Inn. The owners were very friendly and they had homemade cookies when we got in. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was amazing! It was a great choice for a romantic get away.

This was our first visit here and we will be back! Loved our room - the fireplace was really nice - we enjoyed our coffee (and hot chocolate) every morning in front of it. Our room had a really nice kitchenette which enabled us to get some groceries to make our stay even better. We usually stay at B&Bs and...
