I enjoyed my over night stay. I had a king bed, microwave, and fridge. The TV was an old tube model but cable worked great. The free WiFi was adequate. The show also had a jacuzzi tub only problem with it was I'm over 6' so the tub was to small. I would definitely stay here again. Another plus was... More

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was close to downtown. If you want a no-frills place, this one works. A/C was kind of noisy, but worked great. Quiet throughout the night. There was coffee, but no breakfast was available. Caretaker was very nice

Stopped here to spend the night as the reviews were good. I agree. Nice and clean and comfy. Will stay here again and recommend it to friends and travelers. Its close to stores and restaurants too. When we checked in, the folks here were super. They even let me park the motorcycle right by the room.

Stayed overnight while passing through the area, with Mrs. Curmudgeon and Teenangst Curmudgeon in tow. The motel is about .7 mile away from the bustle of downtown, so a very quiet sleep. The rooms are cottage sized, our twin double bed room was about 10x18', so not huge but adequate for our needs as a place to sleep. Impeccably clean.... More

It dosn't look like much from the outside but is pretty nice inside. The wife and I got the little house in the center. It had a little living room bedroom and kitchen. It was spotless and the kitchen had everything you could need and the price was $80 which is pretty good for prescott.

I accepted a job in Prescott, and while trying to find a house to make a permanent move, I stayed here. I rented the little cottage for a month and was more than comfortable....with the cleanliness, the friendliness, and the sense of security. The manager, James, was always friendly, courteous, professional, and caring. That is a lot to find in... More

I needed a simple, clean spot for the night after riding my motorcycle from LV. I too, like old style motels, instead of stucco pAlaces beside busy highways. Room was clean, bed comfie and the shower was hot . Price reasonable. 3 mins from downtown with lots of eating options.

I stayed here for 2 nights while I was exploring the Prescott area. The Pine View Motel is a "retro" property which has been updated but still maintains the charm of an older property. The room I was in was clean and quiet. The property has an attentive onsite manager. Given the price range, I would rate this motel as... More

Agree with another reviewer, clean and safe. Expected the rate to be a little cheaper for a last minute stay and few cars in the lot. Wouldn't stay again with all the other options in the vicinity. Go to Lone Spur for breakfast!

I love the idea of finding a traditional old motel. They can be nostalgic, and cheap. The Pine View is both of these; however, remember that with old can come some problems. The toilet had to be flushed several times to clear and the walls are built thin -- so thin that we were kept up late into the night... More
