They advertised the pool was heated so we picked it because the water is still cold during April but and it wasnt heated so we couldnt enjoy it. Okay stay for the money. Several problems in the room from bad TV reception, phone outage, lamps not working.

After many months of rain back home, we decided to go someplace to find some sun. The Legacy Golf Resort has very nice suites and comes with the usual amenities. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is only one central barbecue area which was a bit of a hike from our room. We were...

We stayed at The Legacy from 3/23 to 3/26. We usually stay at the Embassy on Rural but during Spring Training they jacked their prices from an average of $120 a night to $350, so we looked to The Legacy as a change in pace. The resort is pleasant and the staff were very helpful. We stayed in 1 room...

Played in mid March and both the fairways and greens in pristine condition. The wide fairways can lull you but it's tough to get a flat lie. Greens have lots of undulations that will test you. The Pro Shop and Starter were excellent as always. However, while the food was very good after our round, the service was extremely slow....

The drive into the resort, grounds/landscaping, building exteriors, common areas, golf course are all beautiful and well kept. Our room was average at best. Desperately needs updating. Cracked tiles, worn carpet, broken cabinet handles, the room was dark and dreary despite the perfect Arizona weather and sunshine. As others mention, there is a pressured pitch to sign up for their...

We had 5 rooms and 10 people. The resort did a great job in getting us in the same area of the resort. Resort can be somewhat spread out but they offer a golf cart pickup 8am to 8 pm for guests who are not so mobile (worked great for my disabled brother). Pool and pool bar were very nice....

The pool area is big, but they ran out of towels and it took over 30 minutes to get some. The pool bartenders left the bar to go get ice at the beginning of their advertised happy hour....no one could bring it out?? We sat through the time share speech.....lots of pressure and questioning why we wouldn't join....enough said. Very...

I booked one night at the Legacy Golf Course through a third party, Reservations.com. I need a receipt for the stay and Legacy Golf is telling me they can't provide one. I also had lunch at the clubhouse restaurant on 2/18. Trying to get anything that resembled service out of one of the wait staff was next to impossible.

A friend and I played the LegacyGolf ResortCourse for the first time. It is a very nice golf course, with a challenging layout and beautiful scenery. It is near the base of South Mountain and has excellent views everywhere on the golf course. The course was in very good shape. The tees, fairways and greens were all in good condition,...

This course is touted #1 public golf facility in Phoenix. I enjoyed playing the course but I have played a two dozen golf courses in Phoenix that are better managed with higher standards for conditioning. The bunkers were mostly hard pan in need of a make over. The greens were slower than they should be and although the people were...
