dirty rooms(we found dirty underwear in the bathroom )... unfriendly staff... noisy... just terrible. don´t stay there!!!!

Advertised as an International Hotel near the airport and naming itself Sterling, it claimed three and a half stars. Whoever awarded them must have been on a trip to the stars at the time. The half star alone would have been exorbitant praise. This place is a not very well remodeled, vintage motel. There are signs it may have been...

This hotel just proves the theory of "You get what you pay for" is correct. Holes in the drapes, holes in the bed sheets, old moldy Q-tips in the bathroom on the floor (had been there awhile), enough dust on the tables to do an excavation, no toilet paper in the bathrooms and no towels (had to wait awhile to...

Some firends of mine came to phoenix and booked a room at this hotel. I went to visit them and was surprised what an awful neighborhood this was. There were hookers and a guy offered my friends to sell crack. Needless to say my friends stayed at my house instead.....beware...near airport but not a safe area for families. yuck.
