One of the worst hotels in the country! Lots of broken things and the normal amenities missing! On top of all that when we booked the trip they conveniently forgot to tell us they were hosting an ethnic motorcycle gang of about 100 motorcycles! Racing around the hotel parking lot at all hours of the night!! Be smart! Stay away... More

Yes, the Marriott Phoenix Airport is an airport hotel. However, I thought it was a little nicer than the usual airport hotels you see. They have all the shuttles and stuff you need for your quick turnaround but it just seems a little nicer. The Concierge Level is nice if you are a premium member. The breakfast was tasty and... I chose to stay at this location because I had a very early morning flight and didn't want to force family members into taking me to the airport. I found the accommodations to be much above expectations. The lobby and restaurant appeared on the newer/remodeled side. I didn't eat there, but I heard people saying it was good. My room... More

I stayed at this property for one evening during an extremely busy time in February. I got to the hotel at about 10.30 PM in the evening and there was a huge queue of people waiting to check-in in the lobby. Initial impressions were a tad disappointing - There was no Valet Parking, no person to help with pulling out... More

First let me say the positive - the staff at this hotel was above average in being friendly, accommodating, and interested in making sure I had a great stay. Multiple folks were great. But they are "swimming upstream" in this hotel. The room I stayed in and public spaces were very dated and tired. In fact I am surprised that... More

Stayed here for a weekend while on business. It was a fine hotel, they had a free shuttle to the airport which was quick and easy. They had a great outside area/pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My room however was not ready when I tried to check-in, leaving me waiting in the lobby for an hour or so.... More

I stayed at the Marriott Phoenix Airport for one night as I was on the way the next day to another location in Arizona. As I was being picked up the next day I did not have transportation. The hotel is a "long block" (according to the bellman) from any services or restaurants. I was looking for a snack and,... More

Very friendly staff, nice facilities, good to work with on banquets. The shuttle from the airport was quick and friendly. The room was comfortable and the furnishings were nice. The thermostat had a restriction on it that didn't allow my room to get as cool as I would have liked.

In Phoenix for business and this hotel is great. Concierge lounge is very nice with helpful employees. Room was very nice size and very clean. Highly recommend. Very convenient to and from airport. Parking can be tight. But not a huge issue. Bar area is somewhat small, but there is a patio outside to socialize.

a free pick-up from the airport was a great start to my weekend's stay. Every employee that I encountered was wonderful. The front desk people handled my reserved check in quickly and without any issues. My room was clean and comfy. (The mattress was great, although I didn't like the pillows. I should have asked for different pillows.) room service... More
