First of all let me start by saying this was at least my 5th time staying at this resort over the years. So yes, I really like this property. However, on this trip I noticed this place just isn't being taken care of like it used to. But they are still charging like it's a top of the line resort....

Hello GregM, Your feedback is appreciated. This, as you know, is an unusual situation, and disappointing to hear. Although, as stated, our team did respond quickly, their efforts did not seem to improve the quality of air in your studio. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience you experienced and our failing to resolve the challenge to your satisfaction. The...

Our family is growing up and our time is very limited. So we thought we would go to squaw peak Hilton do some relaxation and family time. A little disappointing, room was worn out! Old looking ! Building are all getting old. The service was ok I guess but no body seemed very happy or glad to help except for...

Hello Kschert, Thank you for this review and your loyalty to our resort. Although I'm delighted to know you and your family had a pretty good time overall, I do apologize for the disappointment you felt with the condition of the resort. I am excited to share with you our upcoming suite renovation (phase 1). It is my hope you...

Wow. What a great place! I was a bit leery after seeing some of the reviews but now think they were nonsense. Wonderful room and amenities. Not a place to save money but to pamper yourself and feel ultra safe. You pay for what you get. Big thanks to Mike and Greg who went the extra mile to make my...

We needed a room for the last day/night of our vacation and I thought this looked like a good option as it was convenient to the airport and the pool looked like a fun place to spend the day. We reserved a one bedroom suite for the four of us. Two queen beds and a pull out sofa. Price was...

We were really looking forward to our stay as we rarely ever get a kid free night. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and was able to check us in about 2 hours early which was greatly appreciated. We had booked a king suite and I have to say I was a bit shocked at how dated the room...

Thank you, Amber, for taking the time to share your recent experience at our resort. Your feedback is appreciated, but discouraging. Please accept my apologies for the condition of your suite, and for not meeting your overall expectations. I'm truly sorry, knowing the importance of a kid-free outing, that we failed to provide you a more positive experience. I will...

Was "upgraded" to a Casita due to a conference in the main building. This was some distance from reception and provided all sorts of accommodation that we neither needed nor wanted. At least it was quiet. Accommodation was also very dated. Very 70s. Too far from the main building to think about eating there so can't comment on the food....

Stayed here during a conference. My wife and I explored some of Phoenix during the off hours. Lounging in the pool was very nice. Everyone there on their staff is super friendly. Each section of the hotel has two courtyards. One has the pool and the other one has a fountain. Fountain courtyard is quiet and pool is nice to...

This is a very dated hotel that has been renovated. Steer clear of the food. It is not their sweet spot. Even the basic rooms are large. The pools were all nice and the slides were fun. The swim up bar was broken, but the staff at the main pool bar were exceptional, especially given it was 105 degrees.

Overall the weekend was great. The restaurant staff was wonderful. The hours for some of the food places were not posted and closed at odd times. For the price of the rooms I would expect better quality towels and not have the internet drop off the devices every few minutes.

The rooms are large and really quiet. The walls seem thick. My only complaint besides the dated look of the resort was that my mattress seemed old and uneven. I loved the high quality Peter Thomas Roth bath products too.
