Ended a weeklong traveling trip at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa. Three days was not enough could of easily spent the entire week. The resort was immaculate and in a convenient location. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The Casita was larger and homeier than the pictures depicted. The patio was private and beautiful...

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at this hotel on our way back to Portland. It was terrific. We arrived from the Sedona area at 1 pm, requested a room upgrade for a moderate fee, and were checked in right away. The bell staff took care of our bags as soon as we drove up, too. I noticed that...

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with friendly employees. The rooms and restaurants were exceptional. Everyone there greets you and are professional. This was a great vacation spot and everyone wanted to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

Went here for our anniversary, certainly beautiful place but their staff is unprofessional and in need of serious training. Waitress ignored us when happy hour ended, had to just leave cash in the take for our two drinks. Maid left door open when cleaning our room letting all kinds of bugs in. I awoke to 13 mosquito bites the first...

My family and I stayed just for one night on our way to the Grand Canyon and did not want to leave. The whole hotel was immaculate and atmospheric and the staff in particular were extrememy helpful and friendly, professional to their finger tips.

We held a customer meeting and I was honestly expect 5 stars as I have heard so much regarding resorts in the Phoenix/Scotsdale area. Honestly I was a bit disappointed. The grounds are nice and very cozy but in terms of food and rooms they are average. Food was really unexciting and wine list far from desirable. The rooms themselves...

This was the perfect wedding venue for couples who desire intimacy, peace and quiet, and a small gathering for their special day. My husband and I worked with Yesenia Miesch, who is an absolutely brilliant, detail-oriented, and thoughtful wedding coordinator. From the moment that we made our decision to hold our wedding at the Royal Palms, the process was straightforward,...

My husband and I are staying here and so far the service is delightful. Being from New York, it's almost awkward...the politeness. Icing on the cake, our room (204) faces a court yard where my husband and I took our bottle of wine and talked under the stars. That's when Bobbie (who was celebrating her 80th birthday) came out and...

We stayed on our USA-Trip in July 2013 at the Royal Palms Ressort in Phoenix. We had booked a superior room with king-size bed and really enjoyed our stay! The room was fabulous and the hotel grounds are very beautiful and well entertained. We booked the hotel for 2 nights in order to relax a little bit before continuing our...

I've stayed at this resort hotel numerous times and it always exceeds my expectations. Comfortable beds and bedding, top notch service, and an outstanding restaurant are just a few of the many surprises you'll find the Royal. The grounds are gorgeous so make sure you walk around.
