This was my second time staying at this location and I had a great time. It is in a great location. You can walk to the Suns and Diamondbacks arena/stadium. The restaurant is nice, it also has an upscale restaurant that you have to make reservations! Very nice place!

Mediocre for the cost. Location and customer service were awesome. Bathrooms are small-be prepared. The main hallways are not kept up-carpet is bunched and loose. Elevator wait can be long. The pool area is very nice, with plenty of clean towels. I enjoyed that we could call down with requests (in our case we needed band aids and neosporin). They...

This property in conveniently located for most activities in downtown Phoenix. Lobby area is nice and the staff is friendly. The hotel bar/restaurant has good service and okay food and drink. The elevators are painfully slow despite seemingly low demand, although I had heard they were having trouble with them so perhaps some of them were out of service. The...

We travel to Phoenix for a buyers show twice a year. It's always exhausting and going back to the hotel is so relaxing. We love to be centrally located. We can walk to the convention center and to our favorite restaurant, Steves greenhouse grill.

We were pretty unhappy with our room. I wanted the largest room possible, so I picked a Corner King room which was supposed to be 463 sq ft. We stayed in Room 1839, which was at the end of the hall. It turned out that the layout was basically like a regular 350 sq ft room plus about 100 sq...

Pros: I loved that the room was quiet at night. This is very important to me so bumped up my review one star. Cons: You can set the temperature of the room and turn the fan on low, high or off. This seems to have no effect on the actual room temperature. I did like the sound of the fan...

Thank you for your comments. We are looking into the water pressure throughout the building and the rooms. Sorry to hear about this. We are glad you shared. Thank you again.

While the lobby area is huge and typical "deluxe hotel", I must admit that my husband and I were a bit disappointed with the room. With an old fashioned bathtub in a small bathroom, the room itself was similar to a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express. only they usually give you a microwave! There was a small fridge in...

This property is about 18 years old and I am sure it has undergone facelifts in the past. All was satisfactory until the bath/shower area. The shower stall was grungy looking---dirty grout. The shower door railing was not clean but the worst part of all is the difficulty one has in getting in and out of this area. By the...
