The room was clean and comfortable. There was a list of amenities you could chose from in case you forgot something like a toothbrush or wanted to use a make up mirror. We stayed 7 days and 6 nights for a Ballet-Dance Festival. We had 16 double rooms and one suite. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are VERY comfortable. The front office was expedient when we requested more towels, pillows, hangers suitcase stands, etc. The cleaning crew was very accommodating and diligent.We gladly left them tips every day. We love our stay at the hyatt. Really nice staff, the rooms and the view are excellent. The location is very convenient, walking distance to the chase field, convention center, suns stadiums, all down town.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt. Very warm and welcoming staff. The location was perfect for the conference we were attending, and we really loved the wonderful Compass restaurant at the top, turning with a beautiful 360 view. Magical at sunset. Great Location, Great Stafff, and Great food! Close to all things in Dtwon PHX, this staff goes beyond expectations!
