When we arrived I let the front desk know it was my anniversary. They upgraded me to a high floor and corner room complimentary. Thanks! It really means a lot. Our room was hot and tv did not have reception. Engineering fixed both while we were out and offered free breakfast for the next day. I think the only thing...

Impressive hotel in downtown Phoenix. Rooms a little worn around the edges. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Expensive valet parking. This hotel has an impressive hall, and cozy bar for sandwich dinners.

Attended a conference (600+ people) in the hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Had a little trouble with air conditioning. Front staff and engineering very helpful in resolving right away. I'd stay here again.

This is the second time in 2 years that my husband and I stayed at this hotel. The location is central to a lot of venues like restaurants, the Phoenix Convention Center, arenas, etc. Easy access (walking distance) to all the places mentioned. The Compass Grill restaurant is not only have the best view of Phoenix but also have good...

Hotel was ok but customer service and management were horrible. Attended large convention and hotel management lost or screwed up a number of reservations. Even worse they wouldn't admit their errors and one front desk person practically accused us of lying. Traveling with a young baby and hotel advertised having cribs, which was a lie. They had a small playyard...

The Hyatt is usually a good bet for a nice hotel room. The views from this particular Hyatt are amazing. Arizona is know for it's stunning sunset & sunrise, you get the chance to experience it from the comfort of your room. You can eat at the Compass Arizona Grill at the very top of the hotel, the restaurant rotates...

The room was quite dated. The bed was lumpy, but the pillows were good. Insufficient towels for 2 people in the room. Satisfactory for one layover between cities/flights. Unfortunately we did not use much of the hotel facilities. Valet, at $33. For the night, seemed a bit overpriced for the city. When we checked we were not even recognized as...

Had a wonderful room at the Hyatt Regency, downtown Phoenix; in town to see a Diamondbacks baseball game. Had a great time and enjoyed the fitness center as well. The lounge was wonderful and the food at the restaurants was tasty and reasonably priced.

My daughter and I were in Phoenix for a dance competition being held out the convention center. The Hyatt was an excellent choice, well located right near the venue. The entire staff including front desk, concierge, bell desk were all very accommodating and professional. The room was a double queen and in good condition and very clean. Beds were comfortable...
