we stayed at the Hotel502 with our baseball team in mid March and was very happy with our stay. The people were very nice. We really appreciated Dorothy as she did an amazing job for us. Very central and we would stay again.

Stayed one night at Hotel 502 and was pleased to see the many improvements happening around the hotel. My room was updated and stylized with a trendy look, great bedding and nice amenities. Dorothy was friendly at check in and even the GM, Andrew took time to tell me about the ongoing plans for the hotel. My room had concrete...

In Scottsdale for Spring Training, and all of the other chain hotels were booked and/or exorbitantly priced. Decided to give Hotel 502 a shot. Overall, the rooms are serviceable. Beds are comfortable, except that a regular sheet takes the place of a proper fitted sheet. Seems to be a shortage of electrical outlets. AC was effective but got a little...

This place met my needs for a one night stay in Phoenix. Offered a clean and spacious room and a shower. My room was in the main building where you check in. The staff was friendly and called my room after an few minutes to check that everything was okay. I was disappointed there was no WiFi and also no...

This hotel was perfect for my family! We enjoyed the beautiful pool and took the light rail to the children's museum downtown. We had an updated room and it was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed. The staff was delightful too. This is my second time visiting Hotel 502 and we will be back again!

I recent had the pleasure of trying out a new hotel, this one. After reading the reviews I was a little concerned. In my life ive learned the good out weighs the bad, so I booked. The rooms were what you would expect from a three star hotel. However the staff was more accommodating than other hotels I've been at....

I am in a state of shock over this hotel. I was in tears within minutes of arriving and seeing the state of our disgusting room. We had no lights which is probably the only way I could handle sleeping here. The room is so dirty we had to go buy disinfectant wipes to touch anything. Falling apart, dirty, uncomfortable...

Afternoon Sheryl R, Thank you for writing your review following your stay. I am so sorry for what you experienced. It looks like your received a room that hadn't been serviced. This is why there was no soap in the room. We have two type of rooms standard and deluxe rooms, standard have carpets, whereas the deluxe rooms have been...
