Friendly.....from front desk to the housekeeping staff. Room are very nice with great linens. Very clean hotels. When I need a hotel Hilton Garden Inn is always the first hotel on my list to stay. I do travel a lot so I stay in lots of hotels.

The hotel sits inside a business park and if you don't take the right street, you won't find it. I had to stop and look at Google maps to find it. When I did get there, I was glad it was a Sunday. It would have been a bear to find a place to park so I could check in....

What a terrific hotel. The printer in the business center went on a temporary coffee break. The staff immediately made sure I had another printer to use. And they were so warm and helpful -- often these days a problem for a guest is greeted with a blank stare. Not with these folks. They are smart, warm and offer real...

I stay at a number of hotels throughout the year. This hotel currently holds the dubious honor of being the worst. The staff was good in the restaurant however the front desk seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. The hotel and room itself smelled of Febreeze and generally had a musty smell. The pool was a nice surprise in comparison with a...

Rooms were noisy from above and doors etc. Breakfast buffet and bulk food is not my preference I don't care for food sitting in grease for who knows how long and no breakfast room service which was also unexpected

This hotel is at a convenient place for business or leisure in Phoenix. It is near a station of the tram, which is connected to the center of the city and airport. One thing I would NOT recommend is going to the nearby Mexican food restaurant. There are many other quality Mexican food restaurants all over the city.

the stay was nice, the staff was excellent. Only downside was that, for a full hotel, there was very limited restaurant and bar service - so limited we didn't even happen to make it in time for any of their openings during our 2.5 day stay and had to trek out for meals. Would have liked to see more availability...

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Midtown for 2 nights. It was centrally located for where I was going during my trip, which was essentially all over town (Spring Training games included). Others have mentioned the parking: there is basically another office building between the hotel and the parking lot. So you have to walk partially around...

We checked in on a Friday afternoon. We were on the 2nd floor in the cabana tower. The room was large and lovely and had a small balcony with 2 chairs and a small table that over looked the pool. The fire pit was directly below so we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and sipping our wine while we...

Booked a king bed. Got 2 doubles. Staff was polite, but problem with bed overshadowed that. Breakfast was typical buffet-style, but dining room was bright and pleasant in the morning. Room and hotel were clean, but it was a long walk from the parking lot to the west tower where our room was located.
