This is the worst place ever, this pictures are just a little of the things you would find here, besides the crakheads and roaches, police are always on site, not only that SUPER expensive, will never stay at this place again.

This is by far the worst place ive seen. I paid these people for a week in advance because thats required. I paid 379.00. Stayed 1 night n couldnt get a refund after seeing this!!! You decide. Whats worse is that they dont even allow you to get in touch with corporate. Im still waiting on my 100 dollar deposit...

Ok room! Mine was haunted! The decor was something out of the late 1970's! But back to the haunting in my room....Bathroom door kept opening and closing all night; and the light went off and on several times!!

This Budget Suites is the worst lpace I've ever stayed. The hotel was full of prostitutes and drug dealers. When you complain to the management(Lyle/Cody) they got upset when I told them I would call corperate to complain. They have a bedbug and cockroach infestation. Tenantes do not clean up after their dogs so dog wste is everwhere.

You see cockroaches every now and then. You have to pay five bucks a week extra for WiFi, on each device. The washers smell musty. Lots of patched up doors and walls. Parking would be ok if people didn't use two spots. The front desk people are nice.

The internet sucks for 5 dollars. The rooms smell bad, theres mold in the walls. They cover old holes with paper thin cover. The fridge sucks, theres only 1 elevators...
