Location is perfect if you want to hang out in downtown Phoenix. No rental car necessary, very easy to get to this hotel from the airport via the Metro. Looks a bit ghetto from the outside, but the rooms are very high quality and some of the best FREE wifi I've ever had in a hotel. Very friendly front desk...

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. All the necessities of home were available. The owners were so friendly and were willing to do anything to make our stay a pleasant one. The hotel is very conveniently located to downtown Phoenix and all the major highways. We will definitely stay there again. Every time we saw the sign from the...

We stayed here for one night prior our next day flight out of Phoenix sky harbor. Room was impressively clean and well kept. Our king size bed was comfy and they even had a mini fridge and microwave for extra convenience. Service upfront was also helpful in suggesting directions to car return and nice addition of security features being in...

It was within walking distance to many activities and restaurants in downtown Phoenix. My only complaint was that the "breakfast" seemed more like a pre-breakfast snack to me (donut or apple and coffee) and wasn't available until 7...

Excellent service at a good price. Motel was well kept & clean. Breakfast was fruit and a roll. There are some characters roaming around at night but motel is secure.

Its built into the name- Budget Lodge is a no frills inn. The proximity and price is ideal if you're looking for clean, quiet place to stay. I wouldn't recommend venturing around the neighborhood after dark but once I was inside I felt safe.

This is a small motel a few blocks from the light rail and about 3/4 of a mile walk to the convention center. The motel is clean, well-maintained and quiet. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. The only thing I missed was a hair dryer. Great price compared to the hotels closer to the convention center. I would definitely...

Our stay at the Budget Lodge was very pleasant. I was surprised at how nice the rooms were and I wasn't afraid of sleeping on a dirty bed. Everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. Great low rates and location.
