First the positive, it is next to I17 with easy access N or S. Our room was also next to I17 and we got to listen to it all 24hrs and was louder than the room air conditioner. Because we were there for Spring Training and driving all over the easy access to the freeway was good. They obviously have... More

Under no circumstances should you stay at this property. If it's the last room in town - you would be better off sleeping in a tent. I picked this property because of it's procimity to the many spring training camps in Phoenix. I found the $200 a night rate high but chalked it up to expected price gouging during spring... More

Contrary to the other reviews I found the beds to be fine but they were the only thing at this location that was "Comfort Inn" quality. The carpet throughout hotel is in dire need of being replaced and the hallways were dirty. The quality of the breakfast rolls, breads, etc were poor and the one attendant was unable to keep... More

Hallway smell and carpet were dirty. Could hear noises from other rooms. Beds not comfortable at all, woke up with a bad back. Hotel would be great for kids. Pool never close. Bad for people want to sleep!

Nasty. Take a look at the hallways and you'll know what I'm talking about. We had to stay here for a "stay and play" soccer tournament in February 2015. I slept on a sofa sleeper bed and 2 weeks later I am still paying the price with a sore back. The noise from the other rooms...noises that adults shouldn't need... More

Filthy, rundown, overworked and stressed staff. This hotel is poorly run and maintained. Workout equipment and laundry facilities are broken down or out of order. The carpeting in the hallways is beyond filthy. Our room had dirty and torn upholstery, mold in the bathroom and drill holes in the walls. The bathroom door, shower doors and closet door were nearly... More

Great location for major arterial access. Rooms are quiet unless you are by an exterior side door. Rooms are clean; housekeeping does a good job. Had to get our keys reactivated twice in the week we were there--not sure what the problem was. Signage in hotel for elevators, lobby and ice and vending machines is not good--I got turned around... This hotel is horrible. I was booked in a room towards the back. I asked to be moved to a different room as there was some man, obviously living from his car, several other guys just hanging outside that didn't seem to have the best intentions. I moved to a room closer to the front. About 20 minutes later the... More

This is a nice hotel. Rooms are big, reasonably appointed. Everything works well, the wifi is strong, the breakfast was complete with waffles, eggs and sausage. The price was more than reasonable for the offering and I strongly recommend it to anyone who doesn't need the ultimate in luxury. It's not brand new, and the ice maker on our floor... More

I've stayed here frequently as it is relatively close to the Cave Creek/Carefree area and the most reasonably priced facility in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the soft/fluffy towels on our first night, much nicer than one would expect at this price point, but that was just one night. The rooms are starting to looked a little worse... More
