Best part of the stay was having breakfast delivered to the suit we ordered the night before. I expected higher cleanliness standards. For instance, coffee table had stains and we found some other guests underwear in the couch when we pulled out the bed. Parking is far from the room, but it's a nice walk under the covered walkways. Overall...

What a fabulous resort! To be able to stay in a hotel designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a real bucket list item for me. Our room in the Ocatilla section was wonderful--large, comfortable, good view of the pool, etc. The service is just a dream come true. Our room service breakfast arrived on the dot with everything hot/cold, just...

Great place to stay. Gorgeous hotel and nice pool to relax by. I travel all over the U.S and I'm in a new hotel weekly! This is the best experience I've received. I would recommend this hotel and will be back!

My wife and I recently spent two nights at the Arizona Biltmore. We were in the Garden section rooms with a nice deck overlooking the rounds. We enjoyed the pools, restaurants, and shops. The grounds are amazing, the staff was always helpful, and we also enjoyed the historical tour of the property. I would highly recommend the Biltmore for a...

Outstanding service. Rooms are a little dated. Expensive but not a surprise. Lots of convention business. Out of the way location since most action is now in Scottsdale. Restaurant, bar and pool service were outstanding.

Only one cafe with huge queues and one working restaurant with limited menu choices, especially for vegetarians. Fixtures and fittings of entire resort look dated and tired. Swimming pool is heated in mid summer despite outside temperature being 115 degrees fahrenheit! But external maintenance of hotel grounds is excellent (probably because it is watered during the middle of the day)...

There a lot of things to enjoy at the historic Biltmore. The resort was built in the 20’s in the middle of nowhere close to the fledging city of Phoenix. Every President since Hoover has stayed here according to the photos. Nothing to show Obama has been here as yet though. The design influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright has gone...

Thank you to Susan at the Ocatilla! Your kindness to our family made for such a memorable reunion visit! Thank you to Stephanie for making the pony rides happen for our granddaughter's 5th birthday! We had a wonderful stay because the PEOPLE at the Arizona Biltmore make each guest feel treasured and welcomed. The grounds are beautiful and so well...

The property itself is expansive and well kept. The basic rooms are average but clean and newly updated. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to serve. The spa treatments were wonderful, but the spa is small for the size of the resort. My kids loved the pool and we all loved the setting. Dining here was expensive....

The Arizona Biltmore is a special place that oozes history, sets first-class standards, and at end of day delivers a marvelous experience. From the moment we drove up and throughout our entire four-night the staff was friendly, helpful, and committed to positively answering any request we made. The concierge, the parking valets, the gardeners, the spa attendants -- all demonstrated...
