I stayed here for a single night only and was actually very impressed with the following... 1. Relative to competing hotels in downtown Phoenix, the price was very good (I paid $169). 2. The location- Literally at the heart of downtown Phoenix. 3. The amenities seemed endless- pool, gym, bars, restaurants, etc. 4. The hotel bar was actually the best...

A true full service hotel close to the convention center. Room was well appointed with a large comfortable bed and a wonderful comforter. Bar and restaurant on site. Staff was friendly. Fairly elegant but not stuffy. A very good downtown choice.

Excellent choice and located for the convention center. Easy train ride from the airport (kudos to Phoenix for this great light rail system!) with a 6 minute walk to the hotel. Swift friendly check-in. SPG gold is starting to surpass HH gold programs with the benefits. There were some negative reviews about the elevators but I did not wait once...

Nice lobby and though the rooms seem a bit dated. Not nearly enough power outlets in places where I wanted them (compared to the Sheraton Valley Forge where I routinely stay). Bathroom still has a tub when most hotels seem to have remodeled to showers. Room was nice otherwise and the internet, while free for SPG members, is not much...

For some unknown reason we were upgraded to a suite. The room was big, clean and the beds comfortable. We were not able to regulate the temperature in the room (2922). It is a good thing there were plenty of bed covers to keep us warm. As others have mentioned, the elevator key system was often hit or miss. Usually,...

A clean, comfortable downtown hotel that (obviously) accommodates large group bookings. Regretfully, these are not booked on the same floors, and albeit the hotel is not always able to police hallways disturbances, however some hotels do have signage for "quiet please", not everyone is on a 9 to 5 schedule for sleep - and I've seen airline crews check in...

We appreciate your feedback, minus a 'star' or not; we are always interested in hearing what a guest has to say about their experience here. We never underestimate the benefits of a good night's sleep. It is, as you say and in a hotel our size, difficult to completely control noise levels. Having said that, we do our homework prior...

The area around this hotel has improved lately as well. Its a nice place if you want an inexpensive, efficient place to stay. Staff is helpful and the rooms are updated and clean. Not much to say good or bad besides the price and delivery is good.

Good location if you need to be downtown, but nothing is exceptional here. Rooms are clean and everything works but its nothing special and there are better options. Prepare to spend few minutes going up and down the elevator as the waits can be quite a few minutes.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, however, the room developed an unpleasant smell that had originally been masked by a spray when we first checked in. The towels were threadbare. For the quality of room and location, it was quite overpriced. It is located in downtown Phoenix, which is utterly deserted day and night. There is...

Dear Michael, We are so sorry that you were not pleased with your guestroom and would have loved an opportunity to have made things right for you while you were in-house with us. Missed opportunity on our part... Of course we feel that our team and our hotel can provide better than an "adequate" stay for our valued guests and...

Starting with the Lobby the hotel is bright and spacious. Our receptionist Zac was very pleasant and offer help with dinner plans. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Rose, my room attendant during my stay, left a very nice hand written note asking if I needed anything else during my stay.

We're thrilled that your experience here was exceptional, and we understand and will also certainly celebrate, the comments that you made about both Zach in guest service and Rose in housekeeping - 2 members of our team about whom we hear many compliments. We are glad that they also connected with you and made your stay even better. Thank you...
