Great Park. My first RV park ever, and this was one primo place. Clean, neat, organized, and plenty to keep you busy. Friendly staff and campers all smiling. Watch carefully for the sign tho, that was easy for me to miss. Just keep an eye out.

If you are dealing with Michael for check-in or reservations, BEWARE he has no common sense or business ethics. Here's our story for Payson RV Park: Let's be honest, when you're thirsty for water, a puddle will do. With that said, we were coming in from the New Mexico desert, and at first it seemed good because we were thirsty....

We do offer a discounted monthly rate for specific periods of time. Each agreement must have a specific period of time ( so we can book other guests around the period you will be staying). However if you stay longer than our agreed terms we cannot extend a monthly rate to you for just a few days as we have...

We used to travel in a large Motorhome, and Rest Room/Shower facilities were a non-issue. Now that we have downsized due to age, to a 16' travel trailer, such facilities are important to us. Showers were small and cold, and the shower head is aimed straight at you when you turn the water on. You, the cheap plastic curtain, AND...

Roof mounted satellites can have a more difficult time with getting service. we recommend using a portable satellite that can be moved because sometimes just one tree is in your way and you may only need to move a few feet to obtain service. there are no sites in the park where a portable satellite not able to connect. some...

Just a warning. My back ground includes being a transport delivery driver for travel-trailer manufactures to dealerships all across U.S. I have logged over 3.2 million accident free miles over 10 year span. Presently being a retired work camper for 4 years I have never experienced a situation like exists in this campground. I have learned (after the fact) that...

First been in this place, kids enjoyed it. In my opinion, it's like a field trip & for first timers a good experience to learn. We were joking about hearing all the passing vehicles around us & closeness to some shopping areas & restaurants. I recommend this place & I give it a 3.25/5. Enjoy....

Stayed at this campground during the Labor Day weekend with family. The place was packed, as expected, for a holiday weekend. Front campground bathrooms were ok - back bathrooms definitely need a full gut and rebuild . . . Our space was very wide/long and we easily leveled. Many of the others look like it could be a challenge to...

One of the "few games in town" in Payson for RV'ers. We went to get out of the heat for a couple of days. We found that the site that we were given (76A) was impossible to get level. The sites are really small, really uneven and WIFI is hard to get if you do at all. We never did...

Went there to try out our new travel trailer. The resort has a very nice pool the showers and toilets are spotless as are the grounds. The personnel there was friendly and our fellow campers were ready to help us novices to camping. The only thing we found was that our pull through spot was not wide enough to extend...

After 2 months of traveling across the county and back again we decided to stay only 70 miles from home at the Payson RV 'Resort' so we could take one last respite before embracing the July heat in the valley. Well, we certainly did not save the best for last. At this moment, sitting here even with the beautiful sunset...

We had such a wonderful time! The spaces are groomed to perfection and the staff is extremely friendly! Great value for the price! The pool was beautiful!!! The weather was perfect ! Very quiet . We got a little rain, a little thunder, and very cool weather. Nice break from the valley. We will definitely come back!
