My wife and I just spent the holiday weekend at Duquense House and couldn't be more pleased. Becky and Rick are great hosts and cooks as well. The breakfasts were homemade, ample and delicious. Dining with fellow guests was pleasant as everyone exchanged recommendations for local sites. The property is highly unique with a beautiful and expansive back yard featuring... More

Conveniently located near the main street of town. Wonderful place, beautiful garden area and delicious breakfast on the weekends and Mondays. The town library is just across the street and the birding areas are very close by. My favorite place to stay in Patagonia.

Stayed for two nights with my wife in late August. This is a jewel of a place in Patagonia, just perfect for relaxing. Very individual rooms with tastefully selected decor and artwork, set in beautiful gardens. Rick and Bekki are wonderful hosts, and have plenty of information and suggestions for exploring the area. Weekend breakfasts are spectacular, with a good... More

My daughter and I spend a fun week-end 30, 31 July 2016 wine probing in Sonoita/Elgin, Arizona. We also wanted to visit Patagonia, Arizona. I made a reservation for Saturday evening at the "Duquesne House Inn and Gardens", a B&B Located in Patagonia, Arizona. We arrived Saturday at 4:00 pm. We were greeted by owners, Rick and Bekki Jaynes. I... More

Given that, I can't recommend Patagonia with Rick and Bekki enough. Want to come to a magic place called the Mountain Kingdom? Walk around and talk to everyone. Under the thin veneer is a Shangri-La made up of countless stories and truths.

I needed peace and a place to find myself. This was it. Beautiful room and the most peaceful garden I have ever been in that included a very friendly calico cat. Dark skies, silence except for the crickets. Bekki and Rick were wonderful and served a delicious and unique breakfast each morning. Patigonia is for nature lovers, and Sonoita and... More

Bekki and Rick, the Inn owners, are very helpful and accomodating. We stayed mid-week, so did not have the breakfast option, however, a walkable local place was very good. Patagonia is a small border town with a few restaurants, a Nature Preserve, and is close to the wineries in Elgin and Sonoita. The Inn has several welcoming room accomodations, and... More

Met old friends here this month for a few days of birding, walking, soaking up the scenery and Patagonia environs. Bekki and Rick are the perfect hosts with spectacular breakfasts as a bonus. Meditate in the lovely garden. Read on the enclosed porch. Sleep soundly in the Patagonia stillness. Look up into the night sky and feel small and awed.... More

Stayed one night in room #4. Good bed and shower and cooking space. Lots of comfortable chairs in garden and in shared sitting area. The garden is large and well-landscaped with both hummingbird and seed feeders. Breakfast at gathering grounds (block away) was outstanding. Dinner choices are limited. Would highly recommend for birders.

Sleepy little town but a real gem of an inn. We had a 2 room little sweet that was as beautifully decorated as it was comfortable. Every piece in the rooms had character. It makes you feel you are truly away at a special place. The garden in back is available only to the other guests. The lounge area and... More
