Our welcome to Samoa from the airport to the hotel was beautiful. This was our first trip to Samoa as a family. However this soon changed as my brother in law made his was to the restaurant for breakfast. The way the wait staff fawned and couldn't do enough for the other palagi tourists was so obvious. And when my...

Spent two days here in January. You can see the hotel is undergoing significant upgrades. The common areas a beautiful. The rooms feel a bit more dated. We enjoyed the pool and the lagoon. Food was expensive, but good quality.

Was totally blown away with the food. Everything on the breakfast and lunch buffet for our event was on point. I enjoyed it too much I didn't even make it to dinner. At the breakfast buffet was a mature and shy lady in charge of the eggs..... please don't ever let her go. I'm coming back out there again just...

It was our final night in Samoa and we picked here due to proximity to airport- big mistake! They had a noisy wedding with bad/drunk guests before ceremony. Also had some kind of regatta that was held there. They took over pool and held guests hostage to loud noise, endless water polo and reggage music. Rooms smell of mould, service...

My family and I spent a few days here, it's a beautiful hotel, loved the view. Our room was nice and spacey, beds were very comfortable but the aircon did not work, it was so hot and humid. Apart from that it was alright.

Had an overnight stay here before flying home. The staff were very friendly and the pool was inviting but could have been cleaner. The swim up bar wasn't open as I guess there weren't enough people staying there. The room was large and bed comfortable but the air con made the room smell musty. Our room overlooked the grass out...

The Sheraton is located close to the airport, has a nice garden and pool area and very good hot breakfast. But my room was dirty and clearly parts have not been cleaned, including the sofa, the table, the toilet. They promised a maid would do a cleaning the same day, as no other rooms were available (that was clearly not...

I've stayed at Aggie Grey's resort numerous times over the years, as it's the hotel my business books. There have been some improvements to the hotel since the Sheraton took it over - the grounds look much better and the rooms have been re-decorated. However, my biggest gripe is that every room I have stayed in has smelled of mould...

Just returned from 6 nights here. It was a thoroughly enjoyable break in beautiful Samoa. However, I'd like to warn travellers about one particular aspect of our stay. We were approached at breakfast by our waiter Taga who asked about our plans while staying at the resort. He said his brother could take us on a tour of nearby Savai'i....

My partner and I were placed here one night by our airline when our flight was delayed by a day. We had just spent a week in a great resort before arriving here. I never usually stay in Sheraton's as i usually find them to be bad. When we arrived our bathroom was really dirty. The toilet was disgusting and...
