Myself and my husband visited Samoa in January 2017 for 5 days and we had the most amazing time. Le Alaimoana Hotel just outside Apia was the perfect place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly and very kind. Theyreally could not have done enough for us. The hotel itself was very clean and the food was very tasty. We...

Had a great 8 night stay at Alaimoana in November 2016. Logistics were great - location is convenient (almost next door to the UN compound, and 10 minutes walk to the waterfront) and the staff were able to arrange transfers and taxis even at very short notice. Rooms are of very good size, have AC and a fan, basic facilities...

The staff are very friendly and the service is good. Always willing to assist when we enquire. I like the room, it is clean, tidy and privacy. The hotel is a walking distance to town and very secured in the night.

Le Alaimoana Hotel is conveniently located near the UN building, only 2-minute walking distance. I enjoyed staying there for 1.5 months, as staff were very friendly and tried their best to make my stay comfortable. I often came late from work, but they served me good dishes (those by Aniva is the best!) If I make specific request (like arranging...

We had booked this through TripAdvisor (Ian.com) based upon reviews but upon arrival the reception staff didn't seem to know we were expected. Our room was clean but the staff didn't seem overly fussed with showing us around the hotel or telling us what the story with breakfast etc was. Nothing too difficult to work out ourselves but generally we...

Thanks for your review and I can honestly say that we have not gotten a direct Booking from TripAdvisor before and therefore our receptionist at the time was honestly confused. But it was great having you stay with us and it's now a good opportunity to look into, thanks to you. Also we will try not to miss out introducing...

It's my second time coming at Le Alaimoana, and I'll come back again. This place is simply different. It's not one of these big fancy hotels, yet you get everything; comfort, cleanliness, nice service and great food. The staff makes a point in trying to accommodate your needs, everybody knows your name from the day you arrive and is incredibly...

I recently spent a week in Samoa and stayed at Le Alaimoana Hotel. My room was clean and comfortable and had a big bed (super king size) which was firm but comfortable. I had breakfast at the restaurant every day and was delighted with the local food offerings which included kopai, koko alaisa and banana pancakes and local fruits such...

The room I was in was nice and comfy. The AC and fan helped keep the room cool, had to turn it off a couple times because it got too cold. there was TV also, but it kept glitiching, but it was ok. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. Big thank you to the staff for always keeping...

Great little hotel, clean rooms and good service, I rated it highly because of the low room charge - i.e. Good for the money. It is close to town and within easy walking distance of some local restaurants (including the wonderful Pacjfic Jewell cafe), and a lovely morning jog to the sea wall. A refreshing small shaded pool close to...
