Stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. The friendly and helpful staff make it all the merrier. Had a slight issue with not been able to access my room due to a door issue but they sorted promptly and the head chef, Michael, organized a few beers on the house for the inconvenience. Ben at the bar was...

Thank you Kal for the review of your stay at Tanoa Tusitala Hotel. Electronics and salt laden Tropical Air are not a good mix for door locks, I am glad we sorted it quickly for you. If there is music playing staff do tend to sing, they have lovely voices and enjoy their work. We look forward to welcoming you...

We held a week long meeting here and the service provided by Alex and his team was excellent. They paid attention to detail and provided support whenever we needed it. There was also a lot of flexibility which was very helpful as our programme changed nearly daily. Special mention must be given to Ricky, Misi, Martin, Lisa and Panapa for...

Excellent service, everyone just so lovely. Our room was clean (but for the little bugs), but better than having mozzies chew at you. The location was great as Apia shopping centre just around the corner. Breakfast included in pricing was very enjoyable. Maybe a little change of maybe, kopai, sua esi, or sua fa'i instead of koko rice every day,...

Talofa Rose, Thank you for your review of Tanoa Tusitala Hotel. I will be sure to pass on your positive comments to the staff who try everyday to exceed your expectations. The Dancers in our Fia Fia Show are all staff and are very enthusiastic, as I think it shows in the presentation. I will pass onto Chef the suggestions...

The hotel was okay , wasn't what we expected , as we were expecting to be 'wow' from the room it's self. Instead it average , the shower needs a huge upgrade , as I'm pretty sure people don't make the old showers any more. Found it to be clean but had bugs -ants on the walls on the bathroom...

I am intrigued by your review. This is the first I have heard of your "food Poisoning" we had over 90 guests in the hotel during your stay all had breakfasts but no one else reported feeling ill. We take food safety very seriously, my Chef trains staff constantly on the importance of food hygiene. Our showers are not Old...

Thank you for your review of our property. We value your feedback and it is passed onto departments. The complementary Fia Fia night was only whilst they undergoing training. Now that they present a great show our normal charge of WST$65 for a buffet and show including fire dancers is back in effect.

We were here briefly on business, and fortunate to get a room on the day. Comfy, clean and spacious room, with everything you need in the heart of Apia. Food was good and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Enjoyed the well manicured grounds and neatly kept rooms. The level of customer service is exceptional, and in particular offered by Darren and Tracey who were extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend the Tanoa Tusitala. Will stay again anytime.
