Very friendly staff - in fact, everyone is in Samoa. The Samoan bungalows were good and clean. The food in the restaurant was good. I had an upset stomach and we were upgraded from our original room to another on our third night of four. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. The cockerels strutt around the hotel grounds waking people...

We stayed for a few nights in a self contained Samoan bungalow. Sapia looked after us very well and even was the tour guide / chauffeur for us on a tour of the South Coast we booked. The restaurant was also very good with an excellent chef and plenty to choose from. It was reasonably priced too.

Family. Thats the first word that comes to mind about The Savaiian Hotel. My partner and I stayed at the hotel for 18 days (17 nights) so the hotel will know who is writing this review and I can confidently rate the quality of this hotel. Where do I begin: Room: My partner and I stayed in the airconditioned garden...

We booked a standard aircon room at $110 Australian . The room was smelly. The doors had no flyscreens, so you could not get good cross ventilation without fighting the mosquitos. You had to hold your breath when you entered the bathroom as the odour from dampness and sewerage was prominent. The restaurant was dear by Samoan standards and was...

Talofa Stacey Thankyou for your review. We have just spent all morning tying to identify your booking so we can address the issues you have raised with the correct room . Had you reported this us during your stay we would have gladly moved you to another room. You are correct in that doors dont have flyscreens, probably most properties...

The whole experience while in Savai'i was wonderful, with many highlights for sure. Our stay at The Savaiian Hotel was certainly on of them. The staff were extremely helpful, the room was wonderful, and the food was amazing. Overall, The Savaiian Hotel rocks.

Stayed in the family suite right across from the pool. Air conditioning is fantastic, really kept us cool during the hot weather days. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was free with our stay consisted of banana bread, coco Laisa, gopai, toast, fruit , coffee, tea etc. Has a bar on site and also a pool, which was...

For how much I paid for this hotel I was pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious, the fan was very good and the building was clean. The weather was horrible while I was here so I did not get to enjoy the pool or water, but I could tell it would be great if I had been there at another...

Shouted eight of our family from Safua (just across the road) there for dinner. Management and staff set up a special table for us and made us very comfortable. Service was fabulous and food was excellent. A great night out.

Three nights wasn't enough - lovely scenery, great kayaking and an excellent restaurant! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, a South Coast tour, a walk around the village and refreshing drinks before dinner! Enjoyed the traditional Sunday lunch but too many roosters crowing too early in the morning!!
