This hostel is in a very nice spot with amazing views of the valley and town and volcano. There are ramps for wheelchairs and the doors are wide enough. If you use a wheelchair and visit Ecuador you musty stay here. Alfonso can also help arrange activities and trips.

This hostal is outside of town, $2 taxi ride. It has a great view over looking Baños. We arrived in Baños early from Guayaquil. I'm not sure if we upset the owners for getting in so early but they were terrible to us. If you own a hostel, I think early morning check ins or even late night ones are...

Went back to the hostel after 3 and a half years but Alfonso, the owner, still remembered us and treated us like good friends. We stayed in a new room on the top floor which was very roomy, clean and comfty, with lovely views over Baños. The area is very relaxing since it is isolated from the noise of the...

I really enjoyed my stay at "Las Granadillas." The staff is nice and it is very clean. They offer pretty good breakfast and the view is wonderful. The cost is also nice. I would stay there again. I would recommend it to people who want to save money but stay in a decent place.

This hostal is not only clean and comfortable, but the view is fantastic. This is one place I recommend if you want economic, clean, and pretty. You can see volcano Tungurahua in plain view too! Save on the chiva trips! :)

Go to Alfonso's palace and you won't go wrong. He has the best traditional Andean food, the views are to die for and the warm, friendly attention is the best part of the experience. You will meet Alfonso, he is an inspiration and an example to us all. Las Granadillas mirador is a beautiful and tranquil place. If you feel...

Alphonso is an amazing host and the view from the terrace is great- you can see all of Banos and volcano Tungurahua! The food is good and freshly prepared. We were lucky to be there when you could actually see the volcanic activity. The place is quiet, clean and only a dollar taxi ride to downtown Banos. Would definitely go...
