Clean and nice. Double room pretty small but ok. All staff members we met, but one, don't speak hardly any English. Breakfast is a joke though. It should not be called breakfast as it hardly consists of anything. Incidentally the two employees I asked assured me that they have English speaking channels on TV, but like me were surprised to...

I was fascinated by the landscape surrounding Ushuaia. The hotel was nice and I had a very nice view of the bay and the mountains. I made one tour to Tierra del Fuego National Park, which was very interesting with fantastic landscapes. The tour included a 1 hour ride with the old small train through the beautiful mountain area. It...

We had a good time in this hotel. The staff is friendly and helps if necessary. However, they speak only a little English. The room is not big and not modern but clean and cozy. The offered breakfast includes everything you need including ham and cheese. I'd like to mention that because it's not served in every hosteria. We would...

We stayed 2 nights in this very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable ! The staff were very friendly. The common room has also a nice atmosphere. Good breakfast despite the chemical orange juice which was awful. Would stay there again if I have to return in Ushuaia in the...

This hotel is great because of its location, very close of the main street: Saint Martin but in a quiet neighbourhood. You are quite high, so you get a nice view point. You feel like at home thanks to the warm decoration and a very helpful staff. The room is simple but very clean. It was a great deal!

This is my first time to complain a hotel. In this international town which takes a lot of tourists from all over the world for Antarctic. 1. No English for any of the staffs I have talked to. 2. There is an elevator in the hotel, but failed to let me know, if you could not talk, walk me there,...

This hotel looks a bit like a ski lodge and is very cozy. The common areas of the hotel are super cute and charming, as is the resident black cat. The rooms are small but very clean. If you don't mind the exercise and walking uphill and downhill, the location of this hotel is amazing and the views are spectacular....

The wood and glass structure allows for a lot of light and warmth in a town that is known for windy and rapidly changing weather. Diageo who greeted us at check in continued to be helpful throughout our stay . The room was clean and comfortable and the simple breakfast was fresh and tasty. Well located with nice view of...

Lovely lobby with glass atrium. Nice staff. Room was big enough and bathroom fine with good shower pressure and hot water. Breakfast was self-service and decent selection. No elevator so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs to the room. The hotel itself is also an uphill walk from town.

This is a lovely place to stay all wood and views but I just felt that the reception staff rested on their laurels rather. They made no attempt to make you feel welcome and no didn't seem to care how much noise the guests made at night time
