The tbm foods were very rich and well presented.
The only two "bad" points I have to report is that being too windy the internet signal does not reach the room very well (able with a repeater is solved) and that you can hear quite what happens in the next room.
Taking this out, a show. Recommended 100%
I went with my partner on the long weekend in October.
- At the cleaning level, they did not leave me towels, which was extremely annoying to arrive from all-day excursions and not be able to bathe and have to go look for towels because they did not have the staff to bring them to the room.
- They made a mistake with the reservation for the masseuse, according to another counter-shift girl at reception said that her colleague had made the reservation writing down "45-minute massage for Sunday 10/15" logically by not setting a time my shift was cancelled. The good thing in quotes is that it was canceled for all guests because the masseuse did not show up for work and they did not have a replacement so the spa was conspicuous by her absence.
- Restaurant: the Barrio restaurant is not very neat and lacks staff again, the waitress had to make me a smoothie in the afternoon because the cook was preparing the raw materials for that day at night and couldn't cope.
In short, they have a beautiful hotel, with a truly unbeatable view and the rooms are beautiful, the point is that they lack experience staff and EXTENSIVELY train the ones they already have because if they don't I doubt they can compete being a 4 star As for the other hotels, due to my experience this vacation I consider that they very closely reach 3 stars.
Special mention for Javier, the boy who makes the transfer to and from the center. He is an extremely professional, friendly boy and I think what I found most about the hotel was his service. It's the only one they should really keep.
Large, clean rooms, with a breathtaking view.
A relaxing silence.
Very variable breakfast, there is a lunch and dinner option. There is a small shop with personal items and drinks.
Transfer to the center, round trip, free of charge.
"+ big and clean rooms, all with a nice view city or lake side. very comfortable beds - a little noisy between the rooms"Read full review
