Saying this is a bad choice is a compliment. Owners are bullies, they don't know the meaning of Service. They just don't care; why? Demand is higher than the offering, it is up to the people to spread the word to shut down this tourist trap/overpriced/unhealthy place. They even charge triple if you are chilean; stay away from this kind...

I have read here that the hotel was not rated very favourably. My own experience, staying for two nights in a hostel accommodation (shared) was quite successful Breakfast: Punctual, starting at 6:30. Abundant and very good quality. Room: A three bedroom shared with only one person. Detail: It would have been better if I had access to a locker in...

Location is great, near to the town centre, main reception area is pleasant and gardens are well maintained. However, the hotel itself really is the pits. Our room was dark, dank and smelly. Walls are paper thin and traffic noise can clearly be heard outside. The bathroom was disgusting with a makeshift shower over the toilet and rotten timber cladding....

Hello Rebecca, Thank you for your comments. Their criticisms have a lot of truth but also anger makes the information is not entirely fair. If your description was accurate we would not have so many good reviews or satisfied customers. The reality is that you reserved in the sector we call ECONOMY, the oldest part of the hotel. We also...

Rooms are very outdated. The room we stayed in had no tv and no ability to open the windows. Service was decent and the breakfast was okay. Close to the bus station and the main avenue but not many other highlights outside of The courtyard that is well kept and peaceful if you are looking to relax.

Hello, Thank you for taking time for us. It is true that our strongest concept are antiguedades.Y not have tv is deliberate. We like to emphasize that for a two star hotel our breakfast is very complete: 1-3 types of homemade bread, 2-2 different homemade cakes every morning, 3-yoghurt, cereals, 4-3 kinds of homemade pudding, 5-sweet home (what we call...

This was so far the worst hotel experience in Patagonia. We booked a double room for 4 nights, two months in advance, and thought we'd have a nice room. But our experience at this hotel was horrible. We were given an old smelly room, very thin walls, we could hear the people in the next room snoring, talking, walking. The...

Mostly a mismatch of pretenciousness, bad service and quality. Worst hotel experience we had in Argentina so far. Nicely decorated hotel with "antique" furniture but missing basic facilities for a hotel. The grounds are well kept and the garden is well maintained but the rooms are not. The bathroom, badly planned to start with has the wood of the walls...

First off, I should preface this review by saying that it’s being written after a protracted argument with the management of Hotel La Loma following an abortive stay there, originally booked for January 1st to 3rd. You may want to take everything that follows with a pinch of salt, but I’ll try to keep it as factual as possible. Back...

Yikes!I can only assume that by having a pool is what has given this place an extra "star" to add up to its 2star rating. I didn't rate it at all. It is a glorified hostel which is absolutely fine...if it is priced accordingly, pitched & sold as that (bear in mind there is a hostel attached but we had...

Literally nothing we liked about this hotel. First they charge your creditcard before you arrive. You don't have the option to pay cash. The hotel is old and dirty. At the reception all looks very nice but when you enter the room....: - We had room 6 that was literally next to the road. The noise was terrible wit every...

This hotel has a phenomenal location - two blocks up from San Martin and closest hotel to the biggest grocery store. Additionally, the hotel property is beautiful with a huge courtyard separating the multiple buildings with rooms. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the wifi is good (but not great). Only downside - the bathroom. It is unlike...
