A large hotel yet great services. We had a nice Suite on the third floor which was quite comfortable, yet a bit dated. Service was great. Close to the Main Street with lots of choices for restaurants. We loved the late night bar. Unfortunately never were able to use the gym which opens at Noon. The pool looked lovely!

I had a 50 minute massage with Nancy to help recover from the W Route. It was a fantastic massage - perfectly balanced between very relaxing, while still getting into those sore muscles. Highly recommended.

We found this restaurant buy chance after eating at three other parillas this week. It is excellent!! The patagonia lamb was much better than thw famous 'la tablita' and the service was amazing. The serve good drinks as well. We paid about the same in all of them, and even a little less here. Recommended!

+ not far from the city centre, nice area but no view on the lake + comfortable rooms (though the first one we were given next to elevator made an awful noise) + good laundry service - breakfast was varied though the bread didn't taste fresh and orange juice was not fresh - spa/swimming pool accessible to non resident. Bad...

This is a very large hotel. Consequently, it lacks some personal touches. However, the rooms were of an excellent standard, clean large and comfortable. The in house bar offers a welcome drink on your arrival, plenty to choose from. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, good range of cooked and "continental" options. The breakfast room doubled as the dining room. A good...

After reading reviews about this hotel I wasn't sure it was my best choice, but I was pleasantly surprised! From checking in Lucas was very polite and took the time to answer all my questions and help me book a tour. For this part of the world the rooms are cozy and clean, everyone very friendly, and hotel is only...

We were here overnight before flying out of Calafate and the location in town and 15 minutes from the airport is good. This place is just OK. Nice large suite but mixed quality. Rather tired staff and an awful unfriendly breakfast restaurant across the road. We were pleased to be spending just 12 hours here.

A real resort feel to this place. When we arrived we were given a very poor room with two single beds that overlooked a dog pen at the back of the hotel. The second night we had a nicer room. Rooms are pretty small and the floral design is overwhelming. Pool and bar looked nice although we didn't use them....

Upon arrival my impression was excellent. The staff, lobby's, bars, restaurant are all first class. The pool, hot tubs, cold tubs, jacuzzis all superb. My room was nice. I was disappointed with a crappy view. I should have asked for a change of room, I was too tired upon check in. My balcony opened into a roof dormer and faced...

Stayed here on our visit to Argentina- it was not the first choice of the tour but it turned out to be a great choice (better than the original). Excellent reception staff, so helpful and welcoming. Lovely room with good bathroom. Lovely breakfast to keep us going in our trips. A great place to stay.
