Very nicely located in a street perpendicular to the main street of El Calafate, with the main restaurants, banks; etc...Lots of rooms in a big building. Very clean room, with very good attached bathroom, and very comfy beds.Very well heated. Nice and spacious parking place . All in all , a good place to be a bit away from the...

Los Dos Pinos was advised to us at the tourist information. Bungalows are basic, not well insulated so beware of the cold and the noise... Shared bathroom can get pretty dirty, not to mention the toilets... Kitchen gets overcrowded and is a bit dirty... Definitely to avoid!!!!

We stayed at Los Dos Pinos for 3 nights. We had tried to book 2 other places before arriving but both let us down. A representative from Los Dos Pinos was at the bus station so we went with them. They gave us a free lift in their van. The place is close to the main street and comprises of...

I've stayed in dos los pinos hostel for about a week and it was by far the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff al aweful, they always yell, as you check out, they kick you out of the lobby. We came here 3 groups, total of 9 people and we weren't allowed to sit in each others...

We stayed here for two nights, in a two person room with double bed and private bathroom. The houselady was not very friendly, and she is not a very good English speaker. She said the room would be 290 Argetinan Pesos, but at the checkout it appeared to be 390. She was sorry for her mistake, but no little discount...

We were recommended this place by other travellers. They said it was quiet, not overpriced, but nothing special. DESPITE previous reviewers the wifi is free for guests but using their computer stations costs 10 pesos an hour. It's a bit off the main road, but I liked the location as it was indeed quiet. Nice reception with cozy couch and...

Just a word of warning to travellers thinking of staying here: 1) the staff are very rude and unfriendly. 2) the WiFi is ARG$10 per hour, which is ridiculous because internet in Argentina is uncapped, so they are just trying to make a quick buck. 3) There are no lockers in the rooms. I booked in here but decided not...

I was forced to stay at this place for 3 nights as all other places were full. The receptionist treated me like I had the pest. The dorm rooms don't have lockers and only one key for everyone inside. Kind of difficult to keep your valuables. There is a room service that makes your bed daily - this is about...

Good location in El Calafate. The rooms (hotel) we got were spacious enough and clean. There is free wifi and drinkable water. The common fridge in the corridor is quite noisy during the night, so it'd be better to ask for a room not too close to it. The breakfast is very basic but there is a good place to...
