We moved in Le Chatelet after staying in another hotel for one night- even though they were in close proximity the difference was immense. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and the breakfast was extensive. Overall this is a good venue as it also close to the restaurants and attraction of the city.

We got there because we had heard from someone back at home it was small & comfortable, and it was so. We got there without reservation comming from the Huilo Huilo Pass, we got a room immediately and we had a nice "siesta" (nap). They recommended us the restaurant next door, which was very good! (Don Florencio). We had a...

I've booked through an agency, and it was good for our purporse (skiing). The location was great, the staff was nice, the rooms were clean, but very simple and small, the bathromm needed more light inside, and the breakfast was kind of poor...

The hotel was booked for us by Imagine Latin America as part of a multi centre trip. Our visit to the Lake District was disrupted by flight changes due to the volcvanic ash, so we had only one night in each of Bariloche, Villa la Angostura and San Martin de los Andes, with a lot of driving in between. We...

Like all the other reviewers, I have to chime in to say that this is definitely NOT a four star establishment. I have stayed in two stars that are nicer. Rugs are spotted and filthy, bathrooms are moldy, toilet seats are cracked and caulked over, heating/AC doesn't work correctly, wifi is extremely slow and cleanliness is not a priority overall....

We were first shown a standard room which was not acceptable: small, tiny old bed and smelly. The suite we took was better. Pros: The suite was cosy and had a private fire place. We were supplied with wood (it was very cold for December) and service was good. Cons: The place is very dated - clean but old. Especially...

We have spent a week during the ski season. Fantastic staff, always available to help you with anything in the hotel or make restaurant reservations, give you directions, etc. Rooms are not big, but comfortable enough. Wireless internet is not very good as well as in other places in San Martin. Good breakfast. Parking lot available if you are planning...

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group through Patagonia. Because of this, I can't comment on the cost but the accomodations were very good. The hotel is situated one block off the main street through San Martin. The lobby was nicely done and good to relax in or to use the complimentary internet at their lobby...
