Room was a bit dirty. Shower head was NASTY dirty. Nobody was at the window when I was checking out and I was ringing the bell. The beds were so uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and the bed was comfy! However, the shower was so stained that it was hard to tell if it was really clean, and the toilet paper holder was loose and came off the wall at the first touch! Needs maintenance, for sure! Got up too early to try the breakfast.

If I could do it again I would have paid the higher rate for a cleaner, more secure hotel. Greasy "head/hair" prints on the headboard, rusty shower head, coffee pot was missing-overall not the greatest place.

This was good place for the value. Being by the freeway or on the side of a small road way was a little noisy but otherwise okay. Loved the size of the television. Good value

I arrived to an extremely rude front desk clerk! I booked a room for two and my children dropped me off. Before we could get my belongings in the room, this rude man was calling my room asking when the two children were leaving! On top of that, there were dead reaches on the floor and I was afraid to...

Reserved a king room. I slept comfortably. Maid service excellent, with change of bedding, replenishing towels and vacuuming. Breakfast not available until 7a. Easy check-in check out.

Booked the hotel over the phone, no one was answering the phone or the window at the office for >15 minutes. Man at the window was rude, unapologetic, and difficult to understand. Uncomfortable bed/linen. Over-priced. Did not provide or mention WiFi options.

“Make sure that you choose a good room with functioning A/C and everything else like the toilets and showers for the modest price this hotel charges. Mesa,Arizona tends to get very hot in the summer, like 110 degrees hot and 90 degrees at night. Every other time, you don't have to worry about A/C, so come to Arizona in other seasons like the fall.”

“Extended travelers, the hotel has excellent rooms for mini kitchens with stoves and fridges. We didn't use the stove, however, the fridge was nice to put extra cold items in there for our extended stay.”
