Requested a quiet non-smoking room and was given a room at the top on 8th floor. Sadly, the room faced the busy street below and the windows gave no soundproofing. The street is noisy, so the room is noisy. During the night and in the morning, the smoke from someone smoking close by filled the room!!! The bed was OK,...

I went for a Congress at Rosario. The entrance is different from the picture they show, they don't have any furniture nor seats at the lobby, uncomfortable for people arriving from long journey. The room was not ready at check in time. Fortunately I had a modern room with comforable bed and TV flat screen, however there are very old...

The hotel has the worst service i've ever seen. The restaurant never has all the options in the menu, they are rude and the food always arrives late. To make a complaint is difficult and they don't care. I'm never coming back. They deserve not even a star.

I would rate it a one star, but that is probably not fair as there were no drug dealers or prostitutes in the hallways, in other words I did not feel completely unsafe. This was a good thing as I do not think the doors would keep anyone out. However, I have never stayed in a room so filthy! The...

Whoever wrote the previous good reviews were obviously paid by the hotel. This place was horrible. The rooms were smelly and old. The pool was closed. The plumbing was extremely noisy and there was leaks thought the hotel. Walls like paper. The elevator was scary. The staff were ok but the place was really badly maintained and run down. Extremely...

The hotel is fine. The room was nice. In some standard rooms they have replaced the tube tv with small lcds. The bed is confortable The breakfast was good (break, croissands, ham, cheese, pastafrola, coffe, juice). The pool is way smaller than it looks. We didint use it since it was very crowded. Good price for the room.

As title really! Not a bad hotel per se, everything that's needed is there (along with air con in the rooms!), parking under the hotel is a godsend, and there's a few decent bars nearby plus a Carrefour supermarket around the corner. Food in the restaurant is good, as is the beer! No real chips though, what you think is...

I was attending a congress in the hotel convention center. The rooms carpets are very old and dirty, more than one person from the congress had allergic problems, probably because of the carpets. The rooms bathroom are very old-fashioned, with plastic curtain in the shower, not compatible with a 4 star hotel. One colleague found a cockroach on the bathroom...

Good place! Good guess attention , good breakfast, the rooms nice, bathrooms ok (could be betters). They had problems with the air, it didn't work very well so I didn't like that but in general I think this hotel it's ok, I recommend if u go for a short time

Perfect hotel! Absolutely the right choice! I was only looking on the reviews on tripadvisor and it was highly recommended. And it was so right: reception was super friendly and helpful, the room on the 7th floor was nice, the rooftop pool was much better then I expected, with views over Rosario. Breakfast buffet: really good. Loved the freshly squeezed...
