This is a nice place, it has a huge pool and hang out area and all the services of a hotel which is great however it unfortunately means they don’t have a kitchen. So if you’re expecting to be able to cook or heat water etc there aren’t any facilities for this. They do have a fridge so you can... More

- wifi isn't functional at all - electricity was out almost everyday! - our air conditioner stopped working at midnight and it was awfully humid and during the day they turn the air con off even if you ask them to turn it on. - the kitchen doesn't cook breakfast, only lunch and dinner. And is closed between 4pm-7pm so... More

I had a good experience when I was staying at the hostel. However, I had the worst and unconfortable time with the manager/recepcionist in charge. Matias (the fat one) was very unproffesional not only when treating guests with an attitude but also with the hostel crew. I had a good time for being in a hostel. There are two minimun... More

The electricity went off (sevral times) the water in the shower stopped running, the staff was nice and helpful, but the installations could improve. The internet was only available in the common area.

we were there for 2 nights, during which there were NO electricity and water. I do expect In such case to have some discount, we paid to get a minimum service (room/ hot water/ electricity) and we are not the ones who should pay for this issue. but Matias, the manager was very rude and even lied that the whole... A last minute change of plans had us looking into staying at Puerto Iguazu for a few days so that we could obtain a Brazilian visa. A quick google search landed us on this hostel and we instantly impressed by the photos. No doubt, the pool is wonderful. However, this is where the pros stop. Issue one: On check-in we... More

Unbelievably on both Hostelworld and Tripadvisor this is considered a relatively nice hostel and any pictures shared by the hostel would make you agree. Do not trust this and do not be as stupid as we were - there is a reason there are no pictures of the bedrooms... The bedrooms are an utter disgrace - I wasn't expecting luxury... More

Ok, so the pool is cool. But the rooms are hideously dirty. The shower taps were broken so they wouldn't turn off and were scolding hot. The food in the restaurant is awful. The breakfast was so very basic it was hard to piece something edible together. Avoid at all costs.

Problems with the room included: lack of power, a broken toilet (flushing required reaching into the cistern), a continually-running hot tap, a hole in the door (to the outside) and an ants nest. When we booked a taxi (an on-site monopoly; they refuse to phone other companies), we were informed it would be ten minutes. Twenty minutes later we were... More
