We stayed for two nights at the Grand Crucero in January 2018. Being an active traveller, I look for three major qualities in a hotel. Firstly, customer service and the initial welcoming you receive; secondly, a reasonable standard hotel with good sleeping and bathroom facilities;...More

We tried the special offer of 25/min jacuzzi and 25/min massage. Norma attended us and gave great massages. We enjoyed the candles and aromas and the atmosphere, very relaxing. Definitely worth it for us who live in a stressful city to come here and unwind.More

We are really surprised at the other reviews - please give Grand Crucero Hotel a miss - dirty, old, with very poor service. The rooms are dated and frankly dirty, as are the bathrooms. The breakfast was truly sparse - difficult to find anything to...More

Hi Karen, we made arrangements ahead of time to be picked up by a driver when we arrived in Buenos Aires (EZE), which is further out from BA than AEP. He was recommended to us by a friend of my sister here in the Los Angeles area of SoCal, and was a great choice! I'd give you his contact info but I don't think it's allowed by Tripadvisor. Returning from Iguazu to BA (AEP), we didn't plan far enough ahead to have him pick us up so we just took a taxi (I'm bilingual so it wasn't a big deal). Since you can track where you are in a taxi using the GPS on your cell phone (if you have int'l coverage), you should be fine in a taxi.
