We stayed at Aldea Lodge for 2 nights. The resort style rain-forest lodge is well maintained and was a good choice for our Iguazu trip. Rooms are clean and spacious with all amentities one might need but not expect: Aircon, free WiFi, big brandnew LCD TV and even a Mini-Bar. However certain services malfunctioned during our short stay, e.g. the...

We booked this hotel through Orbitz and we paid $200 dlls per room for one night. It includes breakfast and full access to the pool. They have a bar by the pool, we had mojitos and caipirinhas, which were pretty good. The rooms are very spacious, equiped with AC and fans. Mosquito nets on all windows. Location is good, the...

We were supposed to be picked up at the airport by a free transfer - didn't happen. Upon arrival at the lodge the taxi driver was paid without discussion. The welcoming was friendly, we were explained everything (inc day trips etc) and shown to our room. The room was incredibly dark because the rain forest was not cut back from...

Dear Mrs., Thank you very much for having taken the time to send our comments. The lodge included free transfer to the hotel from the airport- we soon realised this was just a local company trying to sell tours (hence why they don't drive you back to the airport!), but it was a quick transfer of about 20 mins. Rooms are pretty good, very tree housey, and lovely and quiet. The pool area gets a...

What a wonderful surprise to find yourself secluded in the jungle just a five minute walk from the main road. Everything from the beautifully designed lobby/restaurant to the comfortable and spacious accommodations with your own balcony overlooking the rainforest and the lovely pool area with bar makes it a perfect haven to return to after a day of exploring the...

La Aldea Selva was comfortable and a very enjoyable retreat in the jungle. We had a suite, which was spacious although not best laid-out to utilise it. It was a real treat to be in a log cabin in the forest, with a large balcony overlooking it, with a hammock and swing chair. We often just listened to all the...

We met my sister and her husband here, who had been on a missionary assignment for 10 months in Paraguay. We hoped it would be a nice getaway for them, as well as a comfortable place to visit and catch up. We were not dissapointed. The staff is eager to please. The rooms are rustic, not luxurious at all, but...

This place- not yet well known having been in operation only a few years- is quite a find. Nestled in the jungle, each room has with a frig, TV, treats and a private balcony with swinging seats. Designed with an appreciation for natural beauty, the furniture and interior decor is elegantly rustic. We were very comfortable. The breakfast that came...

This is rather new lodge located in selva in-between Iguazu´ airport and the town. It has various nicely decorated cabins and the main hall in which there is a lobby, restaurant (nothing particular) and various decorations at the wall. Various paved trails lead you to a short walk trip in the selva. The outdoor pool is large and consisted of...
