The hotel obviously draws its crowds due to the location which is absolutely fantastic. It bothers me that I do not regret paying the steep price for a hotel that really does not merit its 4 stars simply because the location makes up for the missing quality. The negative: EXPENSIVE, many leaks (including one in our room) when we experienced...

Loved the location of this hotel, which is deep in the National Park and right opposite The Falls. View from room was spectacular (as for 3rd floor). Service excellent and very friendly. Room good - although like the rest of the hotel, was a little tired and in need of refurbishment. Food only ok and quite pricey. Great place to...

It's a wonderful location, views of the falls and surrounding jungles were great. Service was not what I expect from a highly rated Sheraton (I'm SPG gold). Actually had to go down to the lobby and complain when no one would pick when I would dial '5' for room service, after that I did not have any further problems. Food...

I would recommend this hotel for its location only, it has been built to overlook the Falls and the back of the hotel is glass to take advantage of this amazing view That aside, the hotel felt dated, the rooms were comfortable but in need of renovation. We tried the bar and dining room but were disappointed in both, the...

This is a tricky place to write about. There are negatives, but I would still recommend this place without hesitation. It is something of an ugly carbuncle, but that is not an issue once inside are you are looking out to the jungle and the falls. The rooms, too, felt dated. They have been refurbished, but I think due to...

This Sheraton gets its 4 out of 5 rating mainly due to the location. If you want to beat the crowds to the falls and have a less tiring day, this is the place to stay. The rooms are a good size and clean but need to be updated with a coat of paint and some new carpeting. The food...

Friends and I stayed here for two nights as part of a tour of South America. I hadn't expected much, especially after a not-so-great experience at another Sheraton. Was I ever wrong! Even not considering the proximity to the falls, it was a great hotel to stay in. All the staff we encountered from reception, restaurant, porters, housekeeping, to the...

We stayed at the Sheraton in Iguazu National Park at the end of November 2012. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I read some negative reviews and I almost did not stay as a result but this hotel has some many great thinks going for it I was thrilled that we stayed here. The check-in was a breeze and we were...

We´d read reviews that didn´t seem to be overly happy with the Shertaon in the Iguazu Falls National Park. While the exterior looks a little dated and even like a bunker, what we found when we stepped inside the hotel was an airy, well maintained property with excellent staff who couldn´t do enough for you. The food was good and...

This really is the only place to stay at the Iguazu Falls and I suppose they are trading on their location but we found it be be fine on all counts when we were there. We had a Falls view and it was fantastic! Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds and a great bathroom with everything working -...
