The very pleasant and clean hotel is situated on Mendoza's main square, making everything accessible. They have a restaurant overlooking the square with a good but limited menu, the pork with a sauce for me being the highlight. Good wine list also. The small swimming pool is a welcome retreat from the afternoon heat. Trips can be booked from reception....

I stayed at the Argentino hotel for 3 nights. I was traveling solo so I wanted to be in a safe place with lots of restaurants near by and so it was. The place was clean and decor very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well and so did the wifi. Breakfast was nice, buffet style with actual...

An economic option with an incredible location right on the main plaza and very helpful staff, this hotel is super convenient to the airport on your way to and from visiting vineyards or anything else Mendoza has to offer. The room is not impressive - very basic and reflects the price I paid compared to the luxury hotels located nearby....

If you go to Argentina, you should go to Mendoza, a lively, welcoming city with the Andes toweringly visible in the distance.. You should stay in the Hotel Argentino - not the mos texpensive hotel but in a fabulous location opposite the Plaza Independencia. Here, you can listen to great music, enjoy the trees and fountains and visit the classy...

Standard price includes Cable TV and Wi-Fi service, there are public computers as well, a very nice reading area close to the reception and a medium size, clean swimming pool. Luggage room in case of early check-out is...

Hotel right on Plaza Independencia, very good location. Easy to find, near shops, bars, restaurants etc. Staff all extremely friendly, helpful & professional. All messages/faxes arrived no prob. Bed comfy, rooms clean. Only problem was excessive use of perfumed products in the rooms - everything saturated with some kind of spray, but once I removed/changed soft furnishings & left windows...

The room was clean and simple. I had room 245 with an interior view of the pool. The windows are small. The bed was perfect, nice and firm. I had their breakfast buffet which had options of cereal, fruit salad, breads and mini croissants, fresh juice, yogurt, fresh fruit. All good. What really distinguished my stay was the helpful front...

Great location- right across from Plaza Independencia. The rooms were a bit shabby, and small. The beds were made up with only flat sheets- no fitted sheet. The bed only had a sheet, and a scratchy bedspread- no blanket. (and it was Winter) On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They located an iron and ironing...
