I've been many times at this place and every tie I return to Argentina I spend some days there. The place is ideal for resting and for be in contact with the nature. Go there, take a kajak and paddle through the small river in the surrounding, fish a while and when back enjoy the extraordinary food they prepare.

We have just come back from the most wonderful two night stay at Hosteria Los Pecanes. Richard and Ana were the perfect hosts: warm, welcoming and kind. The room (the largest double room) was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Ana's home cooked food is delicious and she met our dietary needs magnificently (we are a nightmare couple... We had a lovely welcome and then a most marvellous trip down the river. We were a family of 6, three generations and all of us felt great. We do recommend organizing a guided trip down the river and Ana's food. We loved it!

We are a couple with three children, 5 to 17. Ana, Richard and Matías (their son) run the place. They and their staff are just great! We had a marvelous speedboat excursion through the river delta, including sunset on the river with beer and soft drinks. They provided us with rowing boats and the required life vests, and we had... We came here after three interesting but busy and loud days in BA and found a quiet and cosy place. There is not a lot to do but relaxing. Exactly the thing we were looking for. The hosts are more than friendly and helpful. Food was excellent especially the desserts. That was actually the toughest choice I had two make... More

Ana and Richard the owners, as well as Matias their son, make your stay at Pecanes an incredible experience. I've been going to Pecanes over 8 years already, and it's my second home in our Delta region. I normally go to spend the day. The food is excellent, home made and abundant. It's a peaceful place to relax and enjoy... More

Los Pecanes is a beautiful, peaceful, and charming place, surrounded by a beautiful garden and wildlife, and located within a UNESCO-certified natural reserve. Here, we could completely relax. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and there is access to canoes, a large sitting room, dining room, breakfast room, and walking trails. It was wonderful to wake up to the sounds... More

My 21 year old son and I spent a night here. We loved it. It is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. Contentment: a good book, a hammock by the river, little consciousness of the time. We found the hosts very friendly, but not intrusive. The food was terrific. It's a very special place, and my memories of our sojourn there will... More
