Detailed Reviews
Nice hotel, great service at reception desk. The breakfast was just ok. Heavy on the pastries and breads with only scrambled eggs as a hot protein option. Fresh fruit was available but some of it, like the watermelon, was not edible. The room we had was large and the windows are double glazed so the traffic noise was not heard at all. The doors make a lot of noise when people closed them for some reason but fortunately didn't disrupt our sleep.

This hotel is not in the center of tourist sites, so it is necessary to take an inexpensive taxi or uber, but we enjoyed the neighborhood vibe. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and it was an easy walk to the Botanical Gardens and Eco-Park.
Large room and balcony, good air conditioning, very clean and bright. Safe luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.
The two guys at the front desk every morning were exceptional. For example, upon our arrival, Manuel was out the door to assist with our luggage before we even took a step away from the taxi.
We enjoyed the daily breakfast in the spacious dining room. Good selection of items.

We had an excellent experience at the Wyndham Polo. The service was outstanding, location was great, rooms were large and clean. Would highly recommend. A special recognition to the front desk staff who went out of their way to accommodate our need for a handicap room even though they were sold out for New Year’s Eve. They let us use one room temporarily and then move to a handicap room later that day. Excellent customer service.

first say pay for a suite $225,000 a day, crazy!! poor value for money quality, I don't really know what they are based on for that price, it's a common hotel, it doesn't excel in almost anything, just the location. basic room, not working cards, basic breakfast, regular attention barely spoke the concierges. Mucana came in after hitting only 1 time. It has no parking!!

Excellent hotel, far exceeded expectations. I had booked my tour with budget accommodations, but the rooms in this hotel were very large, with a separate seating area. Rooms were clean and in very good condition. So was the lobby and breakfast area were also nice. Large assortment of delicious pastries and other breakfast items. We stayed there twice, 3 nights at the beginning of our trip and one more night at the end of the trip. On the final night, the room was even larger than the first 3 nights, and also had a second bathroom. An excellent place to stay in Buenos Aires, I think at a great price - but I don't know how much my tour operator paid for the rooms.

Was told I needed to pay for a second person after checking in when the reservation could not be changed. I had been in touch with the hotel before and they knew I was traveling with someone and no one told me there was any issue with the reservation. Very unprofessional and upsetting.

Dazzler Buenos Aires Polo is a good hotel, although inconvenient to most sites. The breakfast is ok, but the selection is limited. Breakfasts offered by the European and Latin American hotels are vastly superior.
The hotel is far from central Buenos Aires, necessitating taking a taxi or Uber. Avenida Santa Fe is close by, so one can take a bus. Subte Linea B is also near.
We are glad we stayed here as the Buenos Aires Eco-park (formerly the BA Zoo) and the Botanical Gardens are within walking distance.
All in all, Dazzler Buenos Aires Polo, while not dazzling, is clean, comfortable, and has a friendly, helpful staff. We would stay here again.

This hotel was in a great, safe location in the Palermo neighborhood. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. There was some confusion as we thought this hotel had a restaurant for lunch and dinner but we were told the only way to get that food was to order room service. The included breakfast had the normal variety you would expect from an Argentinean hotel breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel many times, never disappointed with the service, location and security of the area.
Restaurants are closed by, shopping a few blocks away, and transportation to everywhere is available. you can walk around and is safe.

The plane landed at 7:30 AM local time after a long 10hour overnight flight. It took about 90 minutes to go through the airport and get to the hotel because of rush hour traffic.
I as so happy and relieved when I got to the Dazzler just past 9AM to find a big smiling face behind the counter telling me that my room was ready and I would be able to go immediately. To have the ability to check in this early so I could rest and get squared away before my first meeting in the afternoon was awesome.
Then there was the room. Large, divided into Bed and living area with a small kitchenette counter dinning space in the room and a nice bathroom. that was also a nice surprise. The room made for a more efficient and relaxing work trip.
When I checked out the gentleman in the counter made sure I had been discounted for foreign visitor tax, which avoided me having to do it at the airport. He also billed my room and meals separate, which made it so convenient to report and understand on my bill.
Overall really excellent place, definitely recommend, will stay there again.

It is if you like walking.
Recoletta is about three miles from the Dazzler Polo Hotel. We walked there with stops at the Museum of Decorative Arts and the National Museum of Belles Artes along the way. So if it's a nice day with low humidity, go for it!
Otherwise, walk two blocks to Avenida Santa Fe to take a bus or the Subte. Ask the concierge which bus to to take and where to buy the bus/Subte cards.
And Uber is a good option. We never had to wait long and the rides cost less that $5.00, tips included.
Another tip: NEVER use an ATM except in a dire emergency. You'll receive the official exchange rate for pesos, which is considerably less than the "Blue" rate at banks. Larger US bills ($50 and $100) are preferred. Caution: exchange currency at banks offering the "Blue" rate - never with someone on the street.
When we were in Argentina last October (2023), we found it best to use a credit card for everything as we received an exchange rate rebate. The card must be issued by a non-Argentine bank, a charge will be posted at the "official" exchange rate but you'll get a credit for the "blue" within a few days. We spent over $600 on a meal for for 20, and four days later received a credit for almost $300!
The delay in receiving the rebate varies by bank and issuer: AMEX took one to two days; Citibank Master Card up to a week.
since we were there in winter no use of pool
Sorry, I have no information about it.
No idea. I never saw it. When I stayed there it was brand new and some rooms where hotel rooms whilst there was another tower of apartments as well that were rented. Maybe it was there?
