We stopped for 2 days in Buenos Aires as we journey to Ushuaia to board a ship to Antarctica. It was so nice to be in Mine Hotel. Clean, quiet, nice little cafe and bar in lobby. Very helpful staff arranged a tour, a reservation at the best restuarants in the Palmero Soho district, private car pick up from the...

Very modern, clean, great service and location! What I loved the most about the location is that you can walk to beautiful cafe´s, wonderful stores and even to the zoo, the botanical garden and japanese garden.

We chose this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. It is a great small hotel in one of Buenos Aires nicer neighborhoods (Palermo Soho), close to a number of gourmet restaurants. The staff was exceptional, from the people at the front desk to the waitresses in the restaurant , they did everything to make you...

But what stands out is the individual care they give...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mine Hotel in Buenos Aires. The service was exceptional. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The decor is modern and stylish and the pool area in the back is the perfect oasis to wind down with a wonderful cocktail after a day exploring the city. We recommend it highly.

We stayed at Mine Hotel for 3 nights on our honeymoon. The location is absolutely fantastic and the staff is extremely helpful. While our room was a bit small (we opted for the Classic), it was clean, the bed was comfy, the air conditioning worked well and the bathroom was spacious. While it may be a bit on the pricey...

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The staff are as nice as all the reviews say and very knowledgeable about places to explore in the city. If you don't want to chat much no problem, they even have a printed list on places with descriptions that they created. And as restaurant owners change, they update it so...

The reviews on this are a joke. The place was the wretched hip new boutique all style and no substance and bad style that passes for chic. It is way out from any of the areas that you might want to visit as a tourist. The traffic is makes going and coming in the heat an awful experience. the neighborhood...

I can't remember a more pleasant hotel stay. The place is so attractive and well-equipped, and the staff members are unfailingly cheerful and helpful. I was a solo traveler, knowing hardly any Spanish, and the folks at Mine assisted me over the rough spots and made me feel cared for.

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
