Mine Boutique Hotel was recommended by a friend and we were able to verify the accuracy of all the compliments made by her to the hotel. We spent 5 days in Buenos Aires and our stay could not have been more pleasant. The location in Palermo is perfect. A cheerful, safe place full of restaurants and charming shops.
The decoration of the hotel dependencies reveals good taste and the desire for its guests to feel at home and at ease. The breakfast room is spacious, fully glazed revealing a well-kept garden and a swimming pool that although small should attract tourists for moments of relaxation on a sunny day. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable. We had a small problem with the tap of our shower and because it is a weekend can not be cured. However, we were immediately offered another larger room without any addition. We also found in our new room a bottle of wine and a letter of apology for the inconvenience by the manager Mrs. Maria del Mar Senn. Unforeseen and small problems can happen anywhere but the way they are solved makes all the difference! In this case the kindness was very appreciated by us. By the way the entire reception staff Sofia, Tatiana, Carolina were especially helpful and kind. I apologize for not listing all the names. I had difficulty getting in touch with health insurance because of a conjunctivitis problem and Sofia helped us a lot.
All tirelessly answering our questions and making suggestions. The breakfast staff is equally competent and friendly.
I definitely recommend Mine Boutique Hotel to anyone who wishes to visit the beautiful city of Buenos Aires staying in a cosy place where the guest is not only welcomed but appreciated. Congratulations to everyone!

The rooms and bathrooms are tiny so keep that in mind. The ac in our room also made a weird sound. The best part was the breakfast and location, the ladies serving breakfast were so sweet they even remember that my son liked hot chocolate and got it for him the next morning. I would have preferred for the rooms to be bigger.

This was a fantastic boutique hotel where the staff couldn’t do more to help you
On checking in they gave us a large list of local restaurants which indicated how close they were, what kind of food they served and a rough cost of a meal. They also offered to book any restaurant we wanted and in some, by mentioning we were staying at the hotel you would get a free welcome drink
It’s situated in Palermo where there is a lot of shops, restaurants, bars and markets so a perfect location

This hotel was in a great and safe location, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night 5-day stay here. We were always assisted by the front desk for anything we needed whatsoever. Tatiana was particularly helpful when we were looking for recommendations and advice. They had great recommendations and connections with the local Tango scene and restaurants; and we were able to get preferential treatment everywhere we went. The hotel is very affordable considering the very trendy neighborhood that it is located in. We got the included breakfast which was a great start to our day every day. When we left the hotel early in the morning, they put together to-go- bags of breakfast for us on our travels – so thoughtful!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. This is what a boutique hotel should be like.

My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel: located in Palermo Soho, it is on a quiet street with tons of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, and a BuenosAires tour bus stop only a few blocks away. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed, from neatly plotting out walks and neighborhoods on a map to making reservations, recommendations and local calls. The room was quiet and spacious, very clean, hot water with great shower pressure, a king-sized bed with quality bedding. Breakfast was included and it was delicious, fresh and well-stocked. Highly recommended!

My fiancé and I stayed at the Mine for 4 nights while visiting BA before heading to Uruguay mid-week and enjoyed the property, amenities and even more the people. We enjoyed so much that we came right back for another few nights upon returning from Uruguay. The property is stylish, clean, conveniently located and welcoming. The staff is superb; often helping us with restaurant recommendations, directions, happy hour, sightseeing and more. Everyone we came in contact with went above and beyond to make our stay feel curated. They kindly played along with my limited Spanish and everyone was happy to speak English to us with a smile. By the time we left, they had us laughing and planning our return trip. The breakfast spread is top notch and the wine kept onsite is fantastic. 10/10 will return. What a wonderful city, filled with wonderful people. Random fact, I love a cold room temperature for sleeping and the AC at this property kept us comfortable the entire time. You won’t regret staying at Mine.

This a friendly, cozy hotel with a very helpful staff. The breakfasts had a full menu with good coffee and it has a great location in the Palermo neighborhood next to lots of restaurants and sights like the Japanese Gardens. The staff was very helpful with advice, guidance, setting up tours, and are much appreciated.

This beautiful hotel is perfectly situated on the edge of Palermo Soho, so that everything you need is within a few minutes walk, yet there is peace and quiet of an evening. With the hotel being on the smaller side, there is more time for attention and detail to the residents, for example, every morning there was news left outside the room that was country specific for each resident. Also, every evening we returned to chocolates on the bed with a forecast for the next 24 hrs. Both small gestures that go a long way.

The staff were incredibly professional and so helpful, from providing maps/directions and guidance, but even making dinner and event reservations on our behalf to assist with any language barriers.

The only feedback I would offer is that the main entrance is locked overnight and opened by the Concierge. While this is great security, one evening the Concierge was not present and we had to wait five minutes outside which was not ideal. Whether we were lucky, or could have been standing there for longer is unknown. Having a card reader to access the main entrance could overcome this.

However, the trip was amazing and the hotel was worth every penny!

Stayed at the Mine Hotel for 3 nights as part of a 4 centre package and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s small (only 20 rooms) meaning you see the same staff regularly and they clearly take pride in making you welcome. However just because it’s small doesn’t mean you don’t get all the benefits of a larger corporate hotel. Everything is efficient and friendly and all facilities are well maintained. They have lots of small personal touches such as complimentary chocolates to your room every evening. Rooms are comfortable and clean with everything you might need including toiletries etc. There’s a pillow selection which, unlike many larger hotels actually has a difference between the firmness of the pillow.
Can’t fault either facilities or service.

Mine Boutique Hotel was the ideal location for my first visit to BA. As a solo female traveller on my first evening in Palermo SoHo I wanted to walk to dinner and fortunately there are a couple of places a block from the hotel. The next day I walked around the neighbourhood and loved all the shops, bars and restaurants that were within easy walking distance. Note that Ubers were plentiful and affordable so I took them everywhere and while traffic means it may take a while to get places, you see different parts of the city so enjoy the ride. My room on the second floor facing the pool was compact but had all I needed. Small bathroom showed a bit of wear, the bidet was too large for the space. In my room I loved that I could open the sliding door and hear the water feature from the plunge pool. The deck of the pool area had a few comfy chairs and two loungers (it’s tight around the pool and best for a quick dip vs lounging all day). Deliciously refreshing after a hot day walking around BA!
The front desk team are always available to help and we’re great.
