Detailed Reviews
We spent one night in room 402. The hotel is about a 45 minute drive from the international airport under good conditions. Our room had hardwood floor, free wifi in the room and throughout the hotel which worked well. The bathroom has one odd and annoying feature. The bathroom sink has one faucet handle to control water flow. It is very challenging to operate and I sprayed myself more than once trying to control it. Management is aware of the issue but it is part of the design of the hotel. The penalty for this is that it is hard to control water flow rate and temperature.
The room had a fridge, TV, 1 American style wall plug but 7 Argentinian ones. There is a 2 drawer chest, a closet with 4 hangers, desk/chair, 1 queen bed, 2 night stands, shower (but no tub). There is a small outdoor patio with a table and two chairs overlooking a noisy street. There is also a luggage rack and expresso maker but it costs 2USD to make a tiny cup from the machine. No food/snack/water is free of charge. There is a safe and the air conditioning is controlled by a wall mounted panel.
We had dinner here and the steak and risotto dishes were quite good. The hotel gave us a card for 2 free drinks. There is a guest computer in the hotel and below ground level a small fitness center. The hotel has 13 floors and 2 elevators. Breakfast was very good but the scrambled eggs for some unknown reason are served cold.

3 nights here. Rooms were roomy and comfortable, but walls are paper thin, so you can hear all life in the rooms around you.
Swimming pool area is well placed for the afternoon sun.
Like many visitors to Buenos Aires, we wanted to visit a tango show. The prices quoted by the hotel reception desk were 40% higher than booking through the guide on our city tour. Now, I understand that the hotel needs to make a margin, but 40% is excessive.
The restaurant is vegan, so don't expect items such as bacon or even proper butter at breakfast. Service is patchy. We wanted to try the hotel restaurant one evening so went to the bar for a drink beforehand and ordered two glasses of red wine. The bottle came straight out of the fridge and had clearly been open for some time - it was undrinkable. We asked why they served red wine chilled - they advised that all red wine in Argentina is served cold (I don't think so!) We asked to change to white which they grudgingly did (it was much warmer than the red!) and they then told us that we couldn't sit down because all the tables were reserved (every table in bar area was empty). We were told to drink in the hotel reception area. Needless to say, we went elsewhere to eat.

We chose the CasaSure hotel as it was in a good neighborhood and had a pool. It was easy to walk to a café or restaurant for dinner and the subway station wasn't too far either. The hotel staff keeps subway cards you can borrow for your stay ( otherwise you pay for a card and load $ on it). Vegan restaurant was very good, and we aren't vegan eaters. Breakfast had lots of options, hard boiled eggs, cold meat and cheeses, freshly squeezed OJ, coffee and different breads. They had breakfast to go the morning we had an early flight.
The room was lovely, great bathroom and 2 USB ports available. Wifi was strong, and TV had a few English channels. Hotel staff was very friendly and their English was great!

We stayed here at the start of our trip. The room was clean and the restaurant adequate. Front desk was helpful at suggestions and cab assistance. We were due here again at the end of our trip, but 3 days prior to our arrival at this hotel, Argentina decided to cancel all flights to and from US for next 30 days. As a result, I had to cut my trip short and leave back for the US. US embassy also informed us that some hotels in Argentina will not accept US citizens. I informed the CasaSur Palermo of reason why we won’t be able to make it and they refused to refund/refund a portion. Provided it is their government hindering use of our booking at their hotel, it would be ethical to help us in any way possible instead of just taking our money for no services provided. Other hotels we had to cancel under same circumstances were more than accommodating due to this pandemic. Provided such unethical practices I would not recommend this hotel.

We booked CasaSur Palermo for one night at the end of a long trip in Argentina. We wanted comfort and a good location and we got more than that. The hotel has a warm, modern design. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Long bathroom with two sinks and a tall modern shower. We had a balcony with chairs, and complimentary water.
The front desk personnel was very polite and friendly. We got tickets for complimentary drinks. The hotel has bikes for rent but we decided to walk.
Palermo Hollywood is a charming slow-paced neighborhood filled with great restaurants and bars. A few blocks down is Palermo SoHo with even more nightlife and shopping choices. For our longer Bs As stay we had booked a more centric hotel. But this one would have worked as well, since taxis are relatively cheap. They are all metered, and a longer trip across town is about $4 US dollars.

The best part of this hotel was the location and the service of the reception. Also, we had a very nice and clean room. However we were not impressed by the vegetarian restaurant at the hotel. Considering the hotel has opted for a vegetarian restaurant you would expect the breakfast to have a much larger selection of fruits and vegetables, etc. We were also very disappointed that the roof top terrace didn’t have any service. One of the reasons why we booked this hotel was because of the roof top terrace but it wasn’t so attractive when there wasn’t any service.

Spent 1 week staying at Casasur Palermo in March 2022. The front desk team was great to work with they were attentive to my needs and prompt to provide support when things were not upto the mark. They helped with public transport direction, taxi booking and local recommendations.
The hotel itself is at a great location walkable to many restaurants in Palermo neighborhood and also has a small market (Tienda ElTen) around the corner.
The only thing that was disappointing than the adjacent restaurant where they serve morning breakfast ran out of Eggs on 3 different mornings during my stay. What made the experience worse was that there was no effort to make additional batch even though one day they ran out of eggs within an hour of the breakfast start time.

We were excited to stay in one of the the suites at the Palermo location but were disappointed. The hotel is charming and walking distance to many cafés and restaurants. However, it was very frustrating to have very poor wifi connection, which they continued to say it was a problem with iPhones, not their network. Also, the 4 pillows in our suite were very thick and uncomfortable. They explained all the pillows in that property were the same. By the third day of our stay they brought 2 memory foam pillows to our room but unfortunately they were thicker than the original pillows. Furthermore, I wasn’t feeling well one of the days in our week-long stay and wanted to order room service and they didn’t have any non-animal protein on the menu.

restricted specially. not adequate lounge or publican areas. kind inefficient slightly. charge still water while tap water is not recommended. under-english spoken. extreme visibility of reception from the street. slightly overpriced for its total offering however not grim and run of the mill. rooms oddly proportioned and some noise transmission. All's well that ends well

My wife and I spent 1 night at the hotel and had a very nice experience.
Hotel is cozy and intimate and creates a very nice atmosphere. The experience with the people taking care of the guests is very positive, they are all really friendly. I see this hotel more for adults only than for families. I was actually looking for time away from kids so this worked perfect for us.
We stayed at the Exec Double Room. Clean, adequate size and confortable bed. It had a small balcony facing the interior of the neighborhood. Was fine. Bathroom was spacious and clean as well.
Hotel is SUPER well located, beautiful neighborhood, and outside the center of where everything happens, what is great. But yet close to a very large variety of places to eat, from Vegan, Japanese, Italian, Thai, Argentinean. And a very good location to wonder around walking and exploring tte different markets, such as the Flea Market, sustainable-oriented market, and other local and small producers type of shop. Hotel offers free bikes to ride, as Palermo is a really bike-friendly neighborhood to explore and commute. They only have 4 so if you plan to use them, make sure you grab them early in the day.
Hotel’s lobby is connected through a door with Sacro, a highly recognized Vegan Restaurant. This place hosts the hotel’s breakfast that is an adequate blend of fresh food that includes juices, yogurts, cereals, fruits and pastries. I was positively surprised when we found out that mate and the whole serving kit was available. We not only enjoyed it during breakfast, but we were also allowed to take it to the room! By the way, personnel at restaurant was also really friendly. I’d love to ser more variety of breads (that Buenos Aires has very good bread).
The experience at CasaSur Palermo was great, thanks for the combination of nice atmosphere, friendly people, and good food.
