I stayed here for 2 nights. This place is in Palemo Soho, which is a lovely suburb. so many nice restaurants and shops in this area. quite safe to walk at night. The room I stayed in was on the ground floor facing the street. I had a lovely time here on New Year eve. The fire works went off...

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! We booked this accomodation in advance and the price was displayed in Pesos. We received an email of the owner changing all the terms and conditions. He only accepts Euros or Dollars as a payment or you can transfer the money to an European bank account. When we arrived we met this really unfriendly...

This B&B made my stay in Buenos Aires even more pleasant! Located in the Palermo neighborhood, where you can find many restaurants and bars. The B&B itself is also very nice: clean and original bedrooms, complete breakfast with fresh fruits in the morning. Moreover the owner speaks English and gives interesting tips about Buenos Aires and the places to visit,...

Hernán and his family (wife, young boy and cheerful dog) run a great hostel from their family home. Wonderful breakfast including fresh fruit and lots of pastries. Only noise is on Saturday or Sunday mornings around 6-7am when the party-goers are stumbling home from nearby bars and clubs and a little traffic during the day. Our room was well decorated,...

I have stayed several times at Gorriti, the location right in the heart of Palermo Soho was ideal while I was working in Buenos Aires. Local supermarket right around the corner and you are minutes away from the main plazas, restaurants and shops. The owner is very attentive and was happy to answer any queries. I enjoyed being able to...

Spent 5 nights here, at $45 (US) per night for a tiny double room with a shared bathroom. Wasted money. Noise of traffic outside made sleep very difficult. If you dared open the window to get some air, sleep was impossible. Noise from other guests on the stairs/in the bathroom etc also didn't help, and the resident dog barking and...

The little family house is located a little outside the centre, in palermo which is lovely for shopping and dining out! The owner was so kind to provide us with his subte card, that makes it easy to get around publicly. Breakfast is quite local - don't expect ham&eggs but fresh fruit, cake and crisp bread is nicely arranged! Room...

My partner and I stayed 3 nights at this lovely B&B, it's in Palermo (a really nice neighbourhood) a 10min walk to the main bars, shops & restaurants. The B&B was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was sufficient & really tasty and the owner was very accommodating and happy to answer our questions about things to do in BA and showed...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
