I've been on the road for a couple months traveling South America and The Haig was a welcome break from life in a fun but cramped dorm room.

Starting off - every person who greeted me at the door to The Haig had a bright smile and friendly words. They also handled my broken Spanish with grace.

The apartment itself was beautifully modern, spacious, and clean. The bidet in the bathroom was quite the treat.

I was only there a short stay, but used the lounge downstairs and pool a bit too which were also decked out and nice. The pool was fantastic on some of the hot afternoons.

Oh, also - area is very cool. I was a regular at LAB coffee, walked to Bosque Del Palermo on two sunny days, and hit Uptown at night.

I am an entrepreneur/digital nomad and this place was perfect for my long stay here in Buenos Aires. First off, the location does not get any better. You're located around all the best restaurants and bars in the city. Everything is in walking distance. Second, the actual building is as high-end as you can get in the city. Clean, spacious and really modern. The apartments have everything I needed to make this city a home for my 6 month stay. I frequent the pool almost every other day. It's such a convenient and tranquil spot to relax. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We travel the world and yet have never experienced the warmth and ambiance that The Haig offers. From the wonderful welcome to entering the elevator-seeing all the flags from the countries the guests are from, to our spectacularly modern and spacious one bedroom apartment, to the fabulous and private pool ,work out room and honour bar---who could ask for more?--well there is more--Nick and his staff help in every way with recommendations of where locals eat and what sights to see. The location is awesome--incredible and reasonably priced restaurants in walking distance and fun local corner stores to buy groceries etc Really felt like a BA local after 2 days. Guests staying there when we were there included a tango teacher from Spain, a young student from Japan and some business people from various parts of the world.
Highly recommend staying here-- you will feel like you are at home away from home

Not my first time in The Haig and for sure not the last one! Beautiful apartments equipped with everything you need to create your home, amazing pool and walking distance to everything but overall: the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Amazing Staff, amazing stay, amazing city.

Everything was perfect, from the first contact until the goodbyes!

Booking process was very straightforward, then the managers contacted us a few days before to give us all the best tips about how to arrive, which taxis to use, how to stay safe in Buenos Aires, where to change money, as well as the cool places to go to.

The appartement was very spacious, true to the pictures, very clean, very safe. Great value for money!
They are located in Palermo, very close to many lovely cafés, restaurants and bars.

The hidden gem is the cosy swimming pool they have at the back, which is very convenient after a day of visit if you want to relax and enjoy a drink from the self-service bar.

I’ve never seen such a combination of great accommodation, service quality, homely atmosphere and good price. I will definitely go back there on my next trip to Buenos Aires!

We’ve stayed at The Haig in November and it was an amazing experience. I would absolutely recommend it!

Even before arrival we received a welcome message from Anna explaining the best way to get to the hotel and everything we needed to know before arriving in BA. When arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the receptionist, who showed us to our apartment and a welcome message with our names in the elevator. Overall, the entire experience is thought through and full of little details that make your stay perfect!

We were in a 2- bedroom apartment, which was very spacious - we even had two bathrooms! The place is fully fitted out and includes anything you would want in your place. It has A/C, towels, hair dryer, iron board, TV, good curtains, a full kitchen, big fridge, you name it!

The place has also a garden with pool and a bar, where people can hang out. It’s the best place to network with other guests.

Located in Palermo Hollywood, it is close to so many bars and restaurants, which was great, as we could walk everywhere.

Nick, the owner, and his team were the best hosts, helping us with any questions, taking the time to talk us through Argentina's customs and giving us tons of recommendations for anything ranging from bars, coffee shops, yoga classes and dry cleaners.

We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back any time!

Thanks Nick & the team at The Haig!

Alex

Honestly wish I hadn’t stayed here because it is so much nicer than my real life and it’s a bit depressing that I will have to leave.

Genuinely, it’s lovely here: the pool is beautiful, the staff is nice, the location couldn’t be better. It’s like a very nice Airbnb but without any of the mystery of what you are actually going to get.

In November I stayed in a studio apartment for one week. Immediately felt at home, with lovely staff and really professional. Amazing view from balcony, very comfortable bed and beautiful apartment with everything you need. Nick was a perfect host and his hospitality is outstanding. I love his annual party at the Haig. Warm welcome by porties every single day, made my stay really unique. I strongly recommend this place, I can't wait to stay there again.

This was the perfect place to crash for a long weekend. Nick makes everyone feel like family and the view from our apt (9A) allowed us to watch the sunset from the balcony. An espresso machine with pods in the apt was a highlight after a long overnight flight, too!
